They responded quickly for a quote. Quality of pool repairs and deck/ deck surfacing excellent and was a good value. We had expected more on site overview of sub contractors there were a few hiccups, however everyone was extremely competent. Good for the homeowner to be in attendance for process details. All new equipment functioning as designed. Overall we would strongly recommend. read more

Responsive but found a better price for heater install. Now the mandatory remaining characters....xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcccccccccccccccccccccccc

We used them to replace a pool pump. Very competitive price and were able to come out at a reasonable time. There was a bit of an issue with the installation, but they were honest about it and resolved it quickly. I would recommend them again simply because of their honesty, which is refreshing to see from a business. read more

Zachary came from Full Splash pools and cleaned my filters. He did a good job and helped put on a new vacuum bag ,that I provided, as it had been torn up. Thank you Zachary. read more

I've been chatting with Stefan with Full Splash for at least a year now, and he's always been very receptive and patient with my questions. I finally hired his crew out to replace my pump, and do a filter cleaning. For the pump replacement, I worked with Chase. Chase was awesome, explained everything clearly and had a great attitude. Colton helped with the filter cleaning the next day, and again, great attitude and great explanations on some things I should pay attention to. Overall, I'm really happy with Full Splash. I'll continue hiring them going forward. read more

I opened a Project on Yelp and Full Splash Pool Service was one of the companies that responded. I have been working on my own pool equipment for over 15 years and do all pool service myself that is until I come up against something that I just can't resolve then I call the pros :) Stefan called me and was very knowledgeable and very candid about the situation I was in. I had a new Haward pump body that failed and Stefan was genuinely concerned about the path I was on to resolve it. I ultimately took his advice and changed path which led me to not needing any work done by them at this time but wanted to do this review because I appreciate honest advice. read more

I needed basic service for a few items for my in-ground pool along with a nagging issue that's gone on for years. I have had 4-5 different companies including my pool builder out to troubleshoot the issue. Full splash found it in their first visit. I've literally spent thousands trying to fix the problem and replaced every pump, gasket possible. Thanks Full Splash - you solved it and earned my business. Now I have hired them to do weekly cleaning and chemicals throughout the summer and my pool has never looked better! read more

I am thankful to have recently started using them as my pump went out & they were able to find that it was still under warranty by the manufacturer a d help me get them out here to fix it quickly! read more

Full Splash rose to the top of our pool service companies. We have had several mediocre companies in the past. Team Full Splash was on point with the care level, punctuality, communication and skills etc. It is unfortunate that they stopped coming in our area for service. I understand compressing their business model for financial efficiencies, but it's not good for us. I am struggling to replace Full Splash with an adequate, qualified company. read more

Full Splash is the real deal. They are beyond helpful. I just wish every company would provide their level of service. Once again, after hours, Mike immediately responded to my text with a phone call. He walked me through what needed to be done to fix my pump issue. He even came out on a rainy, cold Monday just to make sure all was good. He communicated over the weekend and first thing in the morning on Monday. Mike and the team at Full Splash really do set the bar. Had to deal with Xfinity right after....thanks Mike. My expectations were so high after dealing with you I ended up canceling my service with them. Lol. I told AT&T to send you a referral fee!! Well done and thank you!! read more

My pool pump motor died and I was turned down by, literally, 5 pool service companies. Put in a request on Yelp and within minutes the owner of Full Splash was ready to take on the job. I was so impressed with both the quality of the work and the speed at which it was done that I decided to sign up for their weekly pool service. Not only is Full Splash efficient with their work, they are fast to respond to both questions and issues. They have my pool looking better than it ever has. I can not recommend this company enough. If you live in their service area, there is no other choice for all of your pool needs. read more

I cannot put into words how awesome they are. I was worried because this is my first pool and something went wrong with my pool pump. I came across them through my next door app! I asked once he starts to service my neighborhood for weekly maintenance please let me know because it really gives you a peace of mind knowing that someone handles business and knows what they are doing! For once a pool service company whose representatives are polite, accurate and punctual. Fed up with my previous company who were recently taken over (after which service immediately went down the tubes) I called several recommended companies before anyone deemed to answer the phone. Full Splash answered the phone quickly and clearly and promised a time next day. They followed up with a text with an approximate time. Next day was called with a revised arrival time. James arrived slightly early and called from his truck to tell me he was here. Very polite, cheerful and respectful. He worked through the problem and tried several things before concluding with me I needed a new pump motor. Note; the pump was not old and so only a motor was necessary. Techs have always tried to sell me an entire pump in the past - James saved me several hundred dollars. It was getting dark but he promised me he'd be back in the morning. I wasn't so sure... Sure enough the following morning, SATURDAY MORNING, there is one cheerful James along with a new motor. Everything fixed quickly. Invoice delivered to me by email. Good work, reasonable price. I'm a happy bunny! I'm sure I will be seeing more of Full Splash and James in the future when the next part of my aging pool equipment throws a wobbly. read more

Very quick response at a fair price! Fixed my heater with a part he had on his truck!! I will definitely use them again.

Great communication and professionalism. My pump issue was diagnosed quickly and was remedied efficiently and at a fair price.

Full Splash is amazing. They are not just one of the best pool services, but one of the best professionals that I have ever encountered. Our pool got in a bad shape when we were out of country but Stefan and his crew completely turned it around. We also set up a weekly service with them and now we are all able to enjoy our pool without the constant worry. I highly recommend Full Splash! read more
