Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

When the parts arrived, we called Leslie to schedule another appointment, someone on the call told us within 24-48 hours Leslie will call us to schedule an appointment... but after waiting for 3 days, noone called, we called Leslie again, at this time they told us the same story... need to wait 24-48 hours to someone to call us back to schedule ... at this time ... I asked to talk to manager, my called was transferred to another one... the manager scheduled my appointment in 4 more days. And also, i requested to refund the service call, since 1st appointment they charged me fee to cleanse the water filler and service call.
