They replaced both pumps effortlessly and affordably. The pool heater problem turned out to be not the heater, but my gas line which was quickly identified as the culprit. The line was full of water. They blew out the line and hooked it back up and it now runs like a charm. Both Daniel and Brian remained courteous and extremely knowledgeable at all facets of my entire system. I can quite easily without hesitation recommend them for the maintenance on any part of a pool system. I know I am finally completely satisfied at finding a company that can meet any of my future problems (which we all know will happen -- not if, but when). Now, if I can only find an electrician ....

You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return.

I had a bad experience with this service. They do not actually vacuum the pool through the skimmer…read more They have a portable "vacuum" that doesn't actually catch debris or do a decent job. The pool stays mostly clean, so I wasn't a stickler about vacuuming each time anyway. But he wouldn't even vacuum it when he created a big DE spill mess into the pool after he failed to properly clean the filter. He was paid to clean my DE filter when I was there in order to observe but he refused to let us know when he was doing it twice. I'm a retired pool tech so I knew the mess that could be made if it's not done correctly. Sadly, I ended up with a pool full of DE. I called him back and again he came when we weren't home. He sent me pics that he had opened the filter, but we still had DE coming into the pool. (Kind of like throwing a vacuum cleaner bag back onto carpet! On the third time we called him over to open the tank, as I was watching him open it, he actually said, "If I'm being honest, there are some holes in the grids." This was the problem and the whole time I had a complete set of new grids there ready for him to use! Almost every grid was compromised with a hole or broken spines. He was an epic fail at filter cleaning and customer service and cost us a lot of time and effort that we paid him for. I always had to fix little things he could not or would not handle. They once left my automatic controller door open in the rain, which is a novice thing to do and could have been very expensive to us. He said he was refunding our payment for the filter clean and month of service fee we had just paid him when we terminated, but he did not follow through on that either. He actually quit after just being paid in advance for another month because he just doesn't like to cooperate with the customer or have it pointed out that he isn't treating us right. He sent a picture of the credit via email that he said he would refund, but he never applied the credit back to us. They refuse to reply when reminded of the credit we deserve. Big scam and waste of time and money with this outfit. What makes it even worse is that he purposely does not do a good job!! Only gave one star in order to post this warning.

I called Mark as soon as the power was back on - needless to say he was busy they were out within a couple of days. He personally checked the equipment provided various options for me to select from. Once decided the equipment was secured and beautifully installed. He oversaw the installation and we chatted where he shared his focus on family and his commitment to not do business on the weekend and devote that time to family - I was impressed!! Two years later the pump motor starts eating capacitors then fails completely (on a Saturday of course) so I call Mark knowing he won't answer on the weekend but will return the call promptly on Monday which is exactly what happened. He had a technician out the next morning to look at the pump and confirm it was a warranty issue, he then worked with the manufacturer to get a new motor out and installed at zero cost to me. He communicated with me daily on the status of the parts, worked with the vendor to get a motor expedited and get me back online. All in all and excellent experience! To the reviewer who complained that they do not respond to pool "emergencies" on the weekend I have to shake my head - it's certainly a first world problem to consider not having a pump system running on your personal pool over the weekend an "emergency". I applaud Mark and his team for not only their work but their appreciation of and support for their families - no one will die if your pool system is down for the weekend (the water will still be there)

They are definitely not the cheapest but we felt like we were paying for quality service. (Although Mark refuses to respond to emergencies on the weekend since that is "his time".) Other than that, everything was going well. Until recently, Unified was out cleaning the pool and the technician for some reason couldn't get the spa blower to turn off. Well the circuit board had short circuited. Thankfully we had someone here remodeling our bathroom and he was able to help the technician get it off. Mark arrived and reasoned that our variable speed motor that he advised us to purchase and was installed by him was not getting the power it needed. He stated and I quote "when he installed the motor for us they didn't know that the amps in the breaker box needed to be 20 and we only had the motor on a 15amp. (Well hell it's your job to know that before you install NOT mine.) Our circuit board had shorted out and needed to be replaced for $1500+. In addition we needed to run a new line from the breaker box to the pool because we had to up the amps and that was another $3000+(not an electrician so lingo might be a bit off). We advised Mark that he didn't let us know about the electrical side that was needed and asked him if he would offset some of the cost since now we have to pay for both a circuit board and to run the line! This man said he will have to back out and discontinue our services! He canceled our services and left us with a pool that we couldn't turn on. I simply couldn't believe it. BE WARY OF BUSINESSES WHO CANT STAND BY THEIR WORK.
