Because of a busy schedule, he told me he would come Saturday (in 2 days) but would call to let us know half an hour before arrival. Our pool was fixed a day early! He is comfortable working with whatever level of involvement you have with your pool. In our case, my father in law designs pools and has been teaching us a lot...
