The inspection went great and we are getting a quote for some services. We will definitely use Erik for any pool work going forward. Butterfly promptly called me back, tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn't work, they stopped by on a Sunday. WOW! I'm glad I decided to give Seth at Pool Mates a try and I'm happy to recommend him. The reason I…read morewent with him is that it's his small business, he services the pool (for the most part - occasionally someone else) and he truly cares. I like helping small businesses whenever possible. But I've also learned through experience that working with a big company isn't what I wanted when it comes to working my pool and who's coming into my backyard. Some of these pool companies send out different people all the time, they have a hard time keeping employees and sometimes they don't take time to be thorough and check everything. That's why I pay for a service. With Seth, his price is right in line with the other pool companies, they are all about the same but he is worth it.
