Andy was a huge help in getting our system all set up. We had archaic equipment when we moved into our new house and we wanted a completely fresh start. They cut everything out and recycled the old equipment and then installed all new EVERYTHING. New pump, filter, heater, whole nine yards. Houston Pools to the rescue! When we moved into our home last summer, out of convenience I kept on the company the previous owners used to maintain the pool. Biggest mistake ever as Texsun Pools did not properly take care of our pool and as a result we needed to hire a new, reputable company who has better standards set in place. Andy from Houston Pools Unlimited came out to see our pool problems and it was obvious that our pool was being neglected by the previous company. We had a pool full of algae and VERY high CYA levels = big problem! We had to drain our pool's water and completely start over with the care of our pool. The best company who came out to help us, give advice, and who was most knowledgeable on the well-being of pool maintenance was by far Houston Pools Unlimited. Called Andy about detection of water loss and he shows up when its most convenient for him and not when we could be there.
