Great service and very knowledgeable. My pool heater stopped working which meant I couldn't relax in the spa. I was referred to Houston Pools Unlimited by Leslie's'. I called them on a Friday morning and Andy was working on my pool that day. I was very impressed by the fast response, Andy's knowledge of pool systems and the friendly services he provided. I was even more impressed by the fair price charged. I plan now to use this company for all my pool services will refer them to my friends! read more

Over 10 years of service from Houston Pools Unlimited, has been incredible! The company is responsive and professional. Being pool operator certified myself, hiring this company to manage our personal pool has saved us so much time and concern. Through multiple freezes, filter changes, so many worn out parts successfully replaced, and quick and value for the response time, glad we've used them for so many years. Especially knowledgeable is Mr. Andy, with being about to solve, maintain, or fix almost anything. If not, he works to get warrantied parts installed with care and accuracy. Large or small pools, commercial or personal, they professionally handle it all. Highly recommend. Cost is worth the expert service read more

I called Houston Pools Unlimited about 10:30 this morning. By 1:00 pm Andy was leaving my home and my pool problem was solved. Andy is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am having them come back out and do some more work on my pool system as soon as the parts come in. I would not have anyone else do any work to my pool. This company is the best I have dealt with in the world of polo systems I would highly recommend. Tony read more

Andy was a huge help in getting our system all set up. We had archaic equipment when we moved into our new house and we wanted a completely fresh start. They cut everything out and recycled the old equipment and then installed all new EVERYTHING. New pump, filter, heater, whole nine yards. They even helped us with the extended warranty on everything because of the bundle we purchased. Our equipment is now whisper quiet and much more energy efficient. We also couldn't be happier with the detailed level of weekly pool service. They haven't missed a week and are great about communicating any issues that pop up. We love the pool vacuum they recommended as it keeps our pool looking great between services. If you are on the fence about choosing a good pool company, go with Houston Pools Unlimited! read more

Houston Pools to the rescue! When we moved into our home last summer, out of convenience I kept on the company the previous owners used to maintain the pool. Biggest mistake ever as Texsun Pools did not properly take care of our pool and as a result we needed to hire a new, reputable company who has better standards set in place. Andy from Houston Pools Unlimited came out to see our pool problems and it was obvious that our pool was being neglected by the previous company. We had a pool full of algae and VERY high CYA levels = big problem! We had to drain our pool's water and completely start over with the care of our pool. The best company who came out to help us, give advice, and who was most knowledgeable on the well-being of pool maintenance was by far Houston Pools Unlimited. We are in great hands now with Andy and his team. We finally feel we have a company who will properly take care of the pool and give it the time it needs to maintain the correct balance of chemicals, cleaning it, scrubbing, etc. We highly recommend Houston Pools and we are so excited for our pool to be back in healthy order and to have Andy and his team take care of it. They are fantastic! read more

After working with 2 other pool companies within the past year, Houston Pools Unlimited has proven to be the most professional, knowledgeable, and dependable by far. Communication with HPU was very easy and direct and they were able to clearly explain the issues we have been having with our heater. Andy was quick to respond to my call and schedule an appointment. We are happy to have found such a reliable and trustworthy pool company. read more

After the "Great Freeze" Justin from HPU stopped by on a Sunday to check my system without me even having to call. He diagnosed my problems and then returned this morning with Andy to fix. I found HPU through my neighbor and I couldn't be happier. Their turn around time on getting jobs done is amazing. Andy is so educated on pools and won't overcharge you with absurd fees like bigger companies do. Andy educated me on what needs to be done, and his prices are very fair. I will definitely recommend HPU to all my friends and family. read more

Houston Pools Unlimited sure knows pools! After Harvey, our pool needed some serious attention. HPU was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We even got quotes from a few other companies, who tacked on unnecessary services. Glad we chose HPU, no regerts! read more

Andy goes above and beyond for his clients. He is honest, hardworking, and professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows in your pool. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, he is prompt to reply and solves any issues. He helped me over the phone during Hurricane Harvey to lower the rising water level in the pool and stayed on the phone with me throughout the whole process. He then came by later and made sure our pool and yard were okay. Now, that's great customer service! We cannot recommend Andy and Houston Pools Unlimited enough. Your pool will never look better! read more

He has done work on my pool several times. The prices are fair an he is very prompt. What more could you ask for.

Called Andy about detection of water loss and he shows up when its most convenient for him and not when we could be there. Although he "detected" no outside leaks around the pool, which cost $75, we still clearly have a loud gurgling noise internally in our pump system that was not investigated and which I have since had to try and trouble shoot on my own. read more

I am very happy to recommend Houston Pools Unlimited. We have had Andy service our pool for more than 2 years now. I have shopped around (after 2 previous companies that started our great then fizzled out over time) and I feel that we continue to receive excellent value for the money. With Houston Pools I appreciate the piece of mind that ALL cleaning, chemicals and repairs are up to date so the pool is clean and safe for my kiddos at any given day they need to burn off energy. Highly recommend this company. Highly recommend. read more
