This is an email I sent to the owner: In regards to your activity of pursuing payment for the services rendered, I understand payment due upon completion of services, however your constant attempts to collect, by the way services according to your invoice ended at 12:36 yesterday, 4-12-23 is very obnoxious. You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return. read more

We hired this company to fix our pool and clean and scrub the pool. He came and cleaned the green out of the pool shock and chlorine and I seen he scrubbed where the water was coming out of the fountains but the bottom of the pool has never been scrubbed my husband got in today and he said he got stuff on his hands from the sides of the pool. After the first cleaning we thought he would actually try to clean the sticks and dirt from the bottom of the pool, yes the pool was clear and we could swim but there was a lot of sticks and leaves still on the bottom of the pool. The guy responded from me asking why he didn't clean the sticks and dirt out and I asked if he was coming the next day to do it. He said he's not coming back the next day I needed to wait until Tuesday and be happy that I had a fast turn around for my pool clearing out. It was barely a week and the leaf collector in the pool was filled that shows after two "cleanings" that he didn't ever vacuum the pool. We canceled our cleaning because it never was fully cleaned and we were quoted $185 and wound up with tax $200. When he came we had to pay like $500 for repairs then that same day he asked us to pay $200 again for may. We found a cheaper place and we will learn how to clean our own pool. I swam in it today and theirs dirt on top of the water, dirt inside the pool and on the bottom. Really from chlorine other than that and emptying the trays I don't see any other cleaning. Also the first cleaning we said we needed someone to get in and scrub the pool when we talked on the phone he said oh you might wanna get someone to scrub the pool I'm thinking I asked you to do that but all I replied with was okay so we could end the conversation. read more

Aqua Pool has been maintaining my pool for nearly a year. There have been several issues (maintenance not done with GPS showing house mile away, etc) but they fell into devil you know category. I went on vacation and when I returned my pool was green. I immediately notified them and got "we will look into it". Then they released a note saying tech injured back and would get other tech on it. Through several exchanges finally they committed to "do it right". In the interim I did everything possible (except add chemicals because of potential finger pointing). When they came around 4 days after sending note that would be here ASAP they sent me note saying my equipment was in service mode which caused the pool to turn and wanted my permission to clean filters (for fee). Luckily, I have app which monitors my equipment and shows it was in auto the whole time. I put in service to run second robotic cleaner so there would be no entanglement and to prepare to clean filter myself (they never knocked on my door or anything when here). I also have documented the condition and controls as I do for all my critical items (alarm, ac, power, water, etc) every time I am gone for extended period to avoid exactly this kind of unethical fraud being pulled. I am following the guidelines to give them opportunity to remedy the situation before progressing to court and have issued summary of case and damages (current and outlooked). Instead they sent me picture of back yard after trespassing on neighbors property. I gave them a deadline of tonight before progressing legal path and incurring significant charges they are responsible for. If they resolve to my satisfaction I will amend my comments to reflect this to be fair which so far seems to be an unknown concept to them. I can not live with my conscious if they were to do the same to others so am updating the community with the issues, their flip flop response, not adhering to their word and instead trying to blame me. It is just fortunate I have data, witness testimony, and documentation from this and previous issues so I will ultimately be fully compensated but I have to live with a grotesque view during this. Sean serviced our pool for three years. It was a difficult pool to maintain. Our backyard had lots of mature trees so we had heavy leaf drop in the fall and so much pollen in the spring. We also had lots of critters in and out of the pool: turtles, frogs, snakes. Sean helped us keep everything in good working order and was always super pleasant. Only missing a star because our house was so far out of his normal service area that it made it hard for him to get to us in an emergency. But regular service was like clockwork. read more
