Dynasty Pools is on time, efficient and excellent at communicating existing and potential equipment or chemical issues. They break things down to layman's terms to better explain pH, cyanuric acid and chlorine levels. Pricing is fair and reasonable while being in the range of other groups we considered before hiring Dynasty. Give them a shot if you are in the market for an honest, communicative pool maintenance company. You won't be disappointed. Call them for a quote.

    We contracted Billy to remodel our pool and in every aspect he was over the top difficult,…read moredishonest, problematic, and belligerent taking no responsibility for his substandard work. No matter what you say to this guy, he comes back with a horrible attitude complete with excuses that all lead to absolutely no accountability and why he is a victim. The scope of work was completely re-plaster the pool and install all new plumbing, tile, autofill system, and new equipment. The equipment was communicated to be the latest Pentair technology which at the time was the IntelliCenter system. I was gone out of the country for work and had my adopted son Josh function as oversight who had pictures of the same Pentair system we wanted that I had installed at my other house in Florida. Those pics where shown to Billy. When I returned home from Asia, I discovered that Billy installed the old obsolete ScreenLogic Pentair system at a cost to me that was more than the newer IntelliCenter system I just installed in Florida. He then played dumb saying that Josh knew what he was installing. In reality he was pulling fast one on us by charging me for the newest technology but sneaking in the old obsolete equipment because he could save himself money at my expense. Because I was gone I had to let this go but we definitely had heartburn over this because I got burned thinking I was buying the latest new equipment when in reality Billy switched it to the old stuff because I was gone. Also, the pump was a 2HP pump which Billy specified. However, I was very clear that I wanted the 3 HP pump so I could run by skimmers and pool sweeper at the same time with greater flow. Billy has a really bad temper and as soon as we called him out for putting in this old dated equipment he changed to a sarcastic tone and walked out with a dishonest smirk smile. The plaster, tile, and plumbing was all under the contract with Billy. Little did I know that the obsolete equipment Billy installed was just going to be the tip of the iceburg. Over the course of months the pool leaks started to materialize everywhere. Documented by a professional leak detection company there were 7 leaks in total. Both skimmers were bad, the pool and spa lights were bad, the spa and pool had jet leaks, and the autofill leaked. All these leaks were under the travertine deck. In fact, the whole travertine deck was besieged by water and the pool was losing 3 inches a day. Because water had to be added daily we could not keep chemicals from being diluted and the plaster job started to get heavily stained with algae and rust. Clearly the job was substandard and according to Billy, not his problem. His attitude was horrible and sarcastic. He was mad for being put in check over the obsolete equipment he installed like somehow he was the victim. Billy was told about all the leak problems but his temper and bad attitude controlled all his bad logic and he did nothing but smile as if he was happy there were problems. After digging up my travertine with my son, we discovered that the PVC plumbing was not even glued. So much for pressure testing and job quality. Billy came by one day not knowing that the actual owner was the guy digging up his own backyard. Billy was looking to somehow become the pool cleaning company. This is how unreasonable Billy is. To actually think he could get that monthly contract after all the above he did and did not do. Because of his horrible work ethic, Billy also never provided Pentair registration information so I could lock in the 5 year Pentair warranty on the equipment. So I have taken up enough of my valuable time for this review. I can tell you more about Billy and his horrible service and beligerent attitude. Just call me at 281-507-8800. I'll text you pictures and show you the emails and texts from this absolute bad actor. In summary, use him at your own peril people! This is a real bad contractor Dynasty Pool Services are not worth the trouble you will go through. You will ultimately spend more time, money, and headache to clean up Billy's mess.
