I reached out recently when one of those heaters failed, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Paul, the technician, did an incredible job - he was fighting for my warranty and had the new replacement swapped out in no time. Sheri went above and beyond as well; she actually came out personally on site to meet with the Jandy representatives to prove the unit needed to be completely replaced. For some reason they can't clean a filter and I actually needed a weekly service for pool cleaning but the person in chat cut me off based on a past chat said we don't do a one time clean I needed a weekly. As well as my panel changed out. They literally missed out on a big payout because of being unprofessional. We did arrange for them to come out once we was given how much it would cost they never showed up and we had to hire someone else. I was willing to give them another chance but I don't take kindly to rudeness.
