I received four quotes to get my plaster and tiles done. We chose R Pools because CW was the most upfront didn't seem like they would come up with extra charges as a few other companies had in their contracts. The quote he gave was what we paid. When it came to the day to start there were some weather issues, but he contacted me first thing in the morning. CW was great, he communicated with me daily, made sure everyone was on task. Even with the delays due to the rain they finished in 4 days. CW then came out the morning the pool was finished filling and got it all started up. The crew that works with R Pools was great, and they cleaned up after themselves. So, if you are looking for any pool service for maintenance, repair, or renovations, you won't be disappointed with R Pools.

In our minds there must be a catch. But he too said, nope, that's the price, it will not change. The first payment posted and it was $108 so I called them and they stated they charge monthly. Phew! Ok so far so good!!! Next month the payment was $204!! So again, I called and asked what the extra charge was. The lady stated that the $25 a week was a promotion that only lasts the first month. I told her that we had been lied to twice, and she apologized and said well it states that the price will increase on the invoice. Sure enough the invoice stated it would increase after the first month. However, the person I talked to on the phone originally and the guy who showed up at my pool blatantly lied to my face. Just sad. Very bad business. It's wrong to lie and deceive people. It's just not nice. I hope that this stops because I'm sure the people working for you would like to work for honest people. In addition, he has never held us to the 30 day contract cancellation. He has refunded us money when it was warranted. He has made good on any issues we have had and even promptly helped us on issues that he didn't have to. He honestly told us about some items that he could fix or ones that we could save $$ because he thought they were still under warranty. However, like with all growing companies, some techs are good and others are not as good. Our original tech was amazing! After that we had some issues with several of them. However, if you think you won't find this at a lot of companies, be warned. It is not a high paying job and these are mainly young adults. However, know the owner is honest and has made good on all issues and they are worth a try. I think as he gets help that sticks around and has time to vet some of them, the service will be increased all around and they will be worthy of 5 stars again
