Pulliam Pools is a top-notch company. I had put off installing a pool for almost 10 years because of the horror stories I had heard. Pulliam presented me with a design that completely displayed the backyard oasis I had been imagining. From design, to permitting with my HOA, building on an extended patio with a wet bar and vaulted tongue and groove ceiling, the dig, the gunite, plaster, filter, heater/chiller, adding lights and ceiling fans, tile, coping, water features, decking, updating the existing patio, outdoor kitchen, swapping out existing windows in my house with French doors and even last minute changes that just happen when a woman is involved....Ha ha! The communication was impeccable. Even with weather delays they finished earlier than I expected and almost to the day of the quoted lead time. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pulliam Pools - I had a specific design in mind and Brad helped me work that out in our rather small yard and even squeezed in a fire pit for good measure! I literally felt like they were family throughout the process and after as well with any questions we have had after the fact- granted those were due to us not taking notes on how to run the hot tub BUT they not only responded quickly but came out to help! We were traveling throughout the build and Shawn sent photos and updates - really made us part of the fun even if we weren't here at the time. I must also mention the cleanliness of their crew was amazing- not one scrap of trash left behind at the end of a work day! I've referred them to friends and will continue to do so in the future. Brad from Pulliam pools came by our home to take a look. Never heard back from him. Text him and emailed him requesting feedback and if he came up with a design. He replied back via text and said it was not done and that if I wanted one it'll take him at least a week? I agreed to wait and never heard back. For me first impression with a company is important, well this company didn't deliver at all. My husband and I went by just to see about getting started on the process of being quoted for a pool. Not only did the two guys in the office barely even greet us, all we kept getting told is starting price was $75K and it was a 6 week wait to even get a face to face meeting with someone. When we questioned the starting price and asked about what was included, we got to brush off and told to schedule an appointment and someone would tell us more then but again "it's a six week wait so if you wait another week and 10 more people come by then it could be six to seven more weeks from there". They didn't seem like they cared much about their attention to clients so we left feeling like we would be signing up for a bad experience, went a few miles down the street and found someone else with much better customer care. read more

I wanted to review Pulliam after the entire process was complete and I have to say my family has nothing but good things to say about this place. We went to Sunset Pools first, definitely were not impressed with their customer service (ill leave a short review on their page), then we went to Laguna Pools. We liked Laguna because they had pools for display and the guy talked us through the process of building and financing a pool but at the end of the day, Pulliam went above and beyond and had more options for us and impressed us enough to move further with this pool company. Firstly, the Pulliam representative we met with , Sean (or Shawn), was very genuine & helpful. After we described what we were looking for he went through the history of the company and why he worked for them which we thought was a great way for us to feel more comfortable putting the construction of our first family pool in their hands. We were really unsure about the specifics of what we envisioned and he really helped us out with it. He came up with a great 3D design (look at the pictures I've posted) and we went from there picking out colors, materials, size, depth, etc... He gave us an honest quote and as many discounts as possible. We were told by other pool companies that we wouldn't get the pool we wanted with our budget but Pulliam made it happen. It took about a month to get the pool built but could have been quicker had it not rained so much during the construction. The crew was full of diligent workers who worked throughout the day to get the pool done quickly and efficiently. Our pool came out amazingly beautiful with the gorgeous spill wall, the lagoon style and the midnight blue quartz creating a deep blue effect on the water. There was not a single hiccup in the road during the process and we literally use the pool everyday!!! Our pool is easily the best looking pool in the neighborhood and I would 100% suggest using Pulliam Pools to build your dream pool! read more

One of the reasons I went with them was that Robert, my sales representative, was very proactive in going to the city of Katy to find out what the building guidelines were with regard to building lines on my property. We really love and enjoy our finished pool by Pulliam. We started out with 5 bids and ultimately we chose Pulliam based on their respectful, attentive, reliable and professional-yet-not-pushy sales approach. They provided a complete package with answers to each and every question we had during the initial proposal/design phase all the way through to the construction phase of our build. We were very happy with our designer, Brad - he allowed us the complete customization we were looking for but he also provided us with honest, realistic feedback when making those choices. He was thorough about reviewing all pricing with us and his laid-back personality/patient demeanor was appreciated when tolerating us and our indecisiveness at several times during the process!
