Glad there are good people in high places that want to do the right thing. Still leaving it at 3 of 5 as one should not have to work this hard for customer service. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I bought a $1700 jacuzzi pump from this store in April 17,2017 largely based on the variable speed option and the 5yr warranty. Leslie techs installed. A week or so ago i started noticing a loud noise. I called in and they said they would get someone out there which they did 4 or 5 days later. The tech then showed up and said that the pump warranty did not cover the mechanical seal which was leaking. Was there a maintenance schedule i missed? no, there is none. How long from time time a seal leaks until the motor starts getting damaged? A few days to a week. How isone supposed to detect the leak, well, you kind of have to look at it every day. Really? You pay $1700 for a high quality pump and you have to look at it everyday to see if it is leaking (and hope that it has not rained in a while otherwise you would not notice the dampness on the ground). How long do these things last i asked? Well some go in a couple months, some a year or two, some last longer. Shocking. If Leslie had told me this i never would have bought this fragile piece of junk. The seal repair, if you catch it in time is $171 by the way. Really? Oh by the way, they don't repair motors/bearings. Leslie apparently likes to sell high end stuff that they know does not work very well. They just lost this customer. Yes, as other have said, they are very nice but in the end they sell expensive junk that they do not stand behind.

That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased. If you need pool service, get your name on their waiting list and say your prayers. If you are lucky, you will be pleasantly surprised.
