After dealing with 4-5 other pool service companies, I finally hit a homer with Blue Wave…read more My previous pool service companies did fine in the beginning, but eventually became erratic in showing up - but they sure as hell kept drafting my account! My pool looked terrible, and when they did show up, they were there all of 5 min. Dropped some tabs in the skimmer and whoosh...gone. No brushing the walls or skimming or vacuuming. I called Jose and although he was very busy, agreed to come over and take me on as a customer. He came over several times in the first month - had to replace the filter grids, gaskets and get everything just right.....now the pool is functioning great, looks great!
