You might be thinking of hiring this company, so you're here, reading the reviews to figure out if…read moreits worth your time. Things with Lone Wolf might start out all right, but then you would notice small things pop up that either cost you more money or prevent you from using your pool on a nice summer day. The company offers one off services for a fee that you would just expect your normal pool guy would just do in the spirit of maintaining your pool, such as winter maintenance check ahead of a freeze. Or you might start to notice you have more frequent algae blooms that require an extra cost to fix because the chemicals weren't done right the first time. Maybe your pool guy should have been on top of that, but you want a clean pool so you pay more to get it done with an extra cleaning. Then, you start to pay more attention to when the pool guy actually shows up and you realize you've gone weeks where service was skipped and the picture proof image Lone Wolf sends of your pool isn't your pool at all. Or Reed tells you he's coming by to look at the service for the pool and you have to chase him down for his input, which is all made up because he never showed. This happens with increasing frequency. Finally, your pool motor blows out, costing you $600 to fix because the system was set up to overpower on one side and the motor tripped because it was pulling air, not water. You get fed up with the lack of service, call someone new who shows up promptly and identifies all the issues left by Lone Wolf Pools for a cheaper price and you move on. And all this come without Reed's attitude. Which you can read in other reviews, I don't need to pile on it here. Finally, you wonder, why didn't I just listen to this Google Review in the first place and find someone, anyone but Lone Wolf pools?

Our pool tech came almost every week in the dark of night. This was both in the summer and the winter. How do you clean a pool and check chemicals in the dark? We paid their ridiculous fee to "winterize" our equipment to prevent freezing. It was a total waste of time and money. All they did was wrap some old rags around the pipes. It looked like a child had done it. When we sold our home, I thought we were finally done with this company. I told Reid we sold the home on the day they charged us for a month. He said he would continue to clean the pool for the entire month because we already paid. So the new owners got a month of free cleaning. Fine, I accepted it. But then he charged me again the following month! I immediately alerted him and asked for a refund. Two weeks later, and we have still not received a refund. Choose another company that doesn't unlawfully charge your credit card and one that cares enough to service your pool in the light of day.
