The common complaint was the extended delay in building their pool. We heard horror stories of some pools taking almost one year to build and other stories of bad quality. We were advised to interview pool builders carefully and to go with one that we could trust. David is extremely professional and works within your budget. We spoke with several other pool makers and some offered to make a faux rock water feature. It sounded exciting when we first heard about it, but after speaking to David about a real rock water fountain, we were sold. We worked closely with David from inception to the planning through building and completion of our pool and are extremely happy we chose Paragon Pools. Everything - from the customer service to the quality of the materials - is top notch. Each pool that they make is custom-designed with the owner's needs and wants. Paragon doesn't mass produce pools, they only have a few projects at a time, so that they can give each pool and customer personalized and detailed attention. David initially gave us a timeline on the estimated completion of our pool. They were only one week off - due to rain. I'd say that's a great estimate. I was in need of someone ASAP and needed someone to guarantee me a day and time slot and be consistent with it week after week because of my big dogs that have access to the yard at all times. I need to know when to crate them so the pool can be cleaned on a regular basis. Pablo was able to do just that and this has been the easiest relationship I've had with a pool service over the last 8 years. I can pay weekly, monthly, and can pay with check or by Zelle and he always shows up when he is supposed to. My pool has never looked better. In the few times I have been home during the cleaning, I was absolutely in awe of the over and above service Pablo provides. He fills it when the water is low, and does a very thorough cleaning. He even hoses off the deck around the pool and blows the leaves in the yard surrounding the pool to keep them from blowing in the water. Outstanding. Never has anyone done such an amazing job as Pablo. He definitely goes over and above what is expected. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. I have before pictures showing there was no leak and after pictures showing the leak following their work. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to classify it as a completely "separate issue" and potentially add additional cost. Afterward, I read other reviews I wish I had seen beforehand describing similar experiences -- one problem gets fixed, another issue appears after the service, and the customer is told it is unrelated. Be careful and document everything with pictures before and after they work on your equipment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company because of the lack of accountability when a new problem appeared immediately following their service.

Our pool was left on drain and we lost over a ft of water and we were blamed for our equipment being wrong. His guys moved items of our personal property and didn't put them back upon completion and they got destroyed... We were blamed. Pool wasn't being fully cleaned, entire sections untouched, and when I tried asking for more thoroughness, we were blamed for failing to maintain equipment and called names and had our service cancelled. We cleaned the filters when recommended, we replaced parts as recommended, but try to get clarity on why you'd need to spend hundreds or thousand on parts that just passed their inspection recently and suddenly you're a problem. Aaron was so disproportionately aggressive and is not open to conversation. He wants absolute obedience to anything he wants you to buy, no questions asked, or he attacks your character. There are reviews elsewhere where he doxxed a client for having complaints, viciously verbally attacks customers who complained, and always says he has 30,000 clients with no complaints to everyone who complains... With less than 300 reviews total and places where ratings are as low as 3.9 stars. Not worth the trouble if you're just going to have to find someone else in 3 months when you inevitably face his childish and crazy behavior at the first issue.
