After receiving multiple quotes for my pool renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Americana Pool Service. Pricing was reasonable and what stood out the most to us was Jorge's professionalism and superb customer service that we didn't get right off the bat from some of the other companies. Jorge was very transparent about the whole process from the get go, promptly answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had A LOT!) at any given time or day, listened to my concerns, worked within my budget and never once tried to up-sell on any services or additions. Not only that, he and his team WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to do additional thoughtful touches to our pool/pump without even charging us for it! What surprised me the most was when I learned he was working on multiple new pool builds/other remodels during our renovation yet he never gave the impression that he was too busy for us. I really thought we were his only pool project at one point because that's just how attentive Jorge is to you as his client! The renovation was completed in the timeframe he quoted which was around 10-12 days and that included new plaster, tiles, coping, sundeck, and patio decking. We had a slight mishap with the stamped concrete people (diff vendor) but we could tell Jorge genuinely cared about what happened and tried his best to help resolve the issues even though the mishap wasn't caused by his team. It was then that I knew we would soon become loyal clients of Americana Pool and at the completion of our remodel... we decided to switch over to them for our weekly pool maintenance services as well! George is the most pool service man we have had in 33 years. Are pumps blew out last week from storms. My pool service company abc pool service was to busy to come out. We have a huge 4 th of July party. Our pool was a mess. George was called Friday and said he will have the pumps all replace new plumbing raise out equipment off the ground so this issue doesn't happen again. I hired them to replaster my older pool, put in a new skimmer, install new light (there was none before), build a tanning shelf and also completely replace my existing 1800sf patio with poured concrete and a textured spray deck.
