I took his information, insurance and driver's license. Due to the fact that he admitted and had insurance, I decided to not call the police. Which, now I know to always call the police. All I want is my car fixed. I know this doesn't have anything to do with their pool service. I just want everyone to know that this company employs a cowardly liar. Dishonest company- Steer clear of this company. I agreed to have Jesus come check a leak I thought…read morewas a pool leak. The fee to come out was $450. They found the leak, which ended up being irrigation. Jesus said he could fix the leak for $1,600.00 (not a typo). This was a basic PVC irrigation leak and his asking price was not the going market price for a repair like this. Once Jesus realized I wasn't going to agree to this outrageous price, he then lowered his price to $800.00. I told him that I would find someone else to do the work (which I did and they charge $100). My distain for this company comes down to integrity. They are clearly trying to take advantage of people that don't know any better. It's out of pure principle that I'm writing this post. Proceed with caution if you decide to use Lonestar Leak Detection.
