He came to check on our issue within one day. He has already taken care of our issue and taken out our dead heater and has (at our request) converted our pool to exclude a heater, cap off our gas connection and make our pool a non-heated pool. We are thrilled with his work. Our bill was very reasonable and his teaching about his work is second to none. We were way more than pleased. We highly recommend this company and David is great!

That company utterly failed my pool went from see through to a swamp and the water level was at least 2 feet low, after seeing this through our cameras I stared calling the hired pool company for 3-4 days of no response back from the company, gleamin pools (blake) showed up. He worked day and night for over a week to get our pool back to a manageable level. We have been using gleaming pools since April 9th. Both Blake and Jacob have been perfect to work with, shows up when they are supposed to and responded when I have txt them with questions. I highly recommend Gleamin pools!

I called Pablo from Loyalty after a bad experience with the company I had been with for a couple…read moreyears. I was in need of someone ASAP and needed someone to guarantee me a day and time slot and be consistent with it week after week because of my big dogs that have access to the yard at all times. I need to know when to crate them so the pool can be cleaned on a regular basis. Pablo was able to do just that and this has been the easiest relationship I've had with a pool service over the last 8 years. I can pay weekly, monthly, and can pay with check or by Zelle and he always shows up when he is supposed to. My pool has never looked better. In the few times I have been home during the cleaning, I was absolutely in awe of the over and above service Pablo provides. He fills it when the water is low, and does a very thorough cleaning. He even hoses off the deck around the pool and blows the leaves in the yard surrounding the pool to keep them from blowing in the water. Outstanding. Never has anyone done such an amazing job as Pablo. He definitely goes over and above what is expected. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. And pricing is fair and actually lower than what I previously paid and filter cleanings are included. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. 5 STARS!!!!!

I would be very cautious using this pool company. I hired them to replace an intake housing and…read moreclean my filters. The original issue was addressed, but after the technician cleaned the filters, the top of the filter tank was not put back together properly and it began leaking -- something it was not doing before they serviced it. I have before pictures showing there was no leak and after pictures showing the leak following their work. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to classify it as a completely "separate issue" and potentially add additional cost. Afterward, I read other reviews I wish I had seen beforehand describing similar experiences -- one problem gets fixed, another issue appears after the service, and the customer is told it is unrelated. Be careful and document everything with pictures before and after they work on your equipment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company because of the lack of accountability when a new problem appeared immediately following their service.

I cannot say enough good things about Humberto and Delta Pool Renovations. We did not have a pool…read moreinstalled but the work he did on our patio extension is remarkable. His digital renderings were perfect and his attention to detail left me at ease; knowing he would not cut corners. You will be very pleased! We love our new patio!

We used Delta Pool Renovations to completely refresh our saltwater pool (see before and after…read morepictures). After 18 years, the quartz pool surface was chipping away and marred with severe rust stains. It didn't look inviting at all. The flagstone coping was also looking a bit ragged. Despite annual sealing, some of the flagstone coping was chipping and falling apart. The tile around the border of our pool was faded and the mastic sealant on our decking was peeling away and plants were happily growing in the cracks. Our stone waterfall had white mineral deposits that added to the "aged" look. It was time for drastic action. I consulted with four different pool renovations companies, and Humberto at Delta Pool Renovations immediately stood out for his responsiveness and confidence that he could make things look as good as new. Whereas other companies seemed to offer a piecemeal approach to their logistics, Humberto always treated all aspects of the project as a single package deal. This, along with the glowing praise from others in my neighborhood, was enough to win Delta Pool Renovations the job. After discussing our wants, Humberto put together a written bid and once we had that squared away, we went with Humberto to pick out materials. We ended up putting in new travertine coping, new glass tile for the spa and the pool, and of course, a new pool surface. Humberto's crew even rebuilt our spa spillway into the pool for a more modern look. Once everything was set, Humberto worked out a slot on his schedule and completed the entire job from start to finish in less than 10 days (I was blown away because other companies told me it would take at least 30 days). Humberto let me pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 after the coping was completed, and 1/3 at completion. I really liked the flexibility of these terms. All of the work was done to high standards. Humberto came by multiple times each day to check on progress and, in some cases, had the workers make corrections to keep things to his liking. There were absolutely no surprises in the process and all of the workers were respectful of our property. We selected the StoneScapes Micro Pebble for the pool and spa and love that it is durable and yet relatively smooth and easy on our feet. The new finish is gorgeous and, combined with the new coping, mastic, and bead blasting to remove mineral deposits on the rock wall, the pool really does look brand new. There was one thing that Humberto told me up front he would not be able to do and that is polishing the exposed cut-edge of the travertine coping. The exposed edge is totally fine, but I prefer a honed look so I'm taking up that project on my own. I would have rather just paid Humberto a bit extra to do it but he didn't have any workers with the right type of tools. I am thrilled with the work done by Delta Pool Renovations and strongly recommend you have them give you a bid for your pool remodel.
