The process took some time in the beginning with planning and design, but it absolutely paid off in the end. Between Montana, Jacob, and Stacey, and their fantastic and friendly crews, the final result looks like something straight out of a postcard. I literally can't stop staring at it. The back of my patio villa home is mostly windows. I used to keep them open just for natural light. Now, even at night, the view is so stunning that it feels like living inside a luxury retreat. I never imagined something this breathtaking could be my own backyard. They designed and built the pool, waterfall wall, and deck to blend seamlessly with my existing natural stone pond and waterfall. The attention to detail is incredible. As pretty much expected, we ran into a couple of snags and I'm a perfectionist. BUT what truly sets this company apart is how they handled everything. Montana, Jacob and General Manager Stacey they went above and beyond to make it right. and then some. The colors, textures, and overall design are just invigorating. And I don't even have to tell you how much my adult kids and grandkids love it, they never want to leave! Because I trusted their work, I continued with irrigation repairs, landscape design, and outdoor lighting and once again, they delivered a home run. I even added one of their chillers systems. In Texas, where summers last nine/ten months, pools can quickly turn into bathtubs. The chiller will make all the difference, allowing us to actually enjoy the pool even in peak heat. My backyard is now something people dream about. We're retired and used to travel to experience beautiful scenery. Now, we have that same feeling right at home from morning coffee to a glass of wine in the evening, it truly feels like our own private resort. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

You also don't need a different spa guy and electrician. Carl was my tech and he's also a licensed electrician, saving one headache already. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I requested several favors including rushing the job and the team helped wherever they could. If you have a spa, or a swim spa, give Spa Inspectors a shot. They're responsive, responsible, and completed everything they said they would on time and on budget.

No response. They did not have my husband's phone number so i had him call. They txt him back right away. Then stop responding to him once they found out who he was. I could see and hear everytime they came to my house because we have a ring that recorded everything. I notice now reading through comments that J's pool blame their poor service on people for non payment. Our payments were auto drafted out of our account. Not only did they not take care of our pool, but on April 9th a different person showed up at our house I spoke to the gentleman through the ring and asked him to call me. J'S gave our contract to a different pool company Gleaming pools. I had to find out from the new company. No doubt Gleaming pools took care of us and has done a fantastic job, but J's still took out money out of our accounts and did not give the money to Gleaming pools. I am still dispute charges with the bank because they charged for April, for zero service and then they charged and additional 250.00 at the end of April because I disputed the charges with the bank. I have all their voice mails, txt messages, emails, and recored every threatening phone conversations. They also could not keep employees due to the fact they would not pay the employees. You threatened us with invoices that were not in the contract in retaliation of us posting a negative truthful review of your business practices. According to your payment schedule in the contract I paid cash for each service date in full. Your accounts payment company even froze your account because of questionable business practices. Are you going to lie about that as well? Or do you want me to post what intuit emailed me? This is not harassment. This is a customer review . Harassment is sending a customer a bill after they paid for an unfinished project in full out of retaliation of posting a honest review. Harassment is defamation of character and lying about private individuals. Six figures were paid to you on time the day of each project. Don't come for us. You were blocked and this is your only way to communicate. You need to respond to our attorney's letter. Did you ever pay the plumber? Did you ever pay the original decking subcontractor? Did you answer the plumber's attorney demand letter? Do you provide project management oversight for your jobs? Are you a convicted harasser and stalker? Do you have a criminal past of lying and stealing? This is all credible information and your past predicts your future. I'm sure every negative review on here is a lie? You can't manipulate Yelp like you do google. BEWARE, stay away from this company. Please do your research and read all reviews from Yelp, BBB, Angie's list and Google. He threatens his customers to take down bad reviews. If you don't he will send you open invoices saying you owe him for work. Deception trade practices.
