Additionally, she charged my credit card without ever contacting me to know the balance. I never got an invoice and it was way more than I discussed with Jeremy who gave me a heads up of the cost. When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

This company is advertised as a company that provides leak detection and repair services. The…read moreperson that looked at the issue was only interested in quoting repair cost without performing any leak detection which was explained as unnecessary and based solely on "experience in this field". Another reputable company was able to locate the leak using proving technology and equipment withing 1 hour of being on site and was no even close to where near where the "experienced" technician stated the leak is located. I hasten to use the reference to technician as this person is a fully trained individual that uses state of the art technology and tools which the guy that came out for the estimate was not a qualified technician. Don't consider using this company to repair your pool leak unless you need to waste money and have many holes in your surrounding pool deck.

They are not nice. Nothing is ever said to them. The positives outweigh those special narcissistic humans. Jolie and the front desk will get to know you and it generally there to ensure you have a great day. She works out and will come say hi to you on the floor. I told her as a joke, to tell me to push harder when she sees me on the floor. Well she did. Nicole the trainer is amazing, I see her watch her clients intently and have them work on muscles they did not know they needed to strengthen. Wajih a new trainer will ask you what you are working today and provide a suggestion. Not a hard sales, but he is genuinely intent on you having a best workout. THREE! What are the cleaners doing? Apparently nothing. Even after I pointed it out. -roughly spoken to by a guy who takes care of the area (I assumed) by the indoor lap pool. I was pregnant and hurting and needed my nightly stretch in the pool which is the main reason I paid to go there and I can't use the hot tub while pregnant. Arrived at the same time as usual. There was another person swimming but the man present didn't like women or I don't know but he told me "it's closed" and didn't give me an explanation. I question and shared how I REALLY need to stretch I'm in pain and it's supposed to be open another 40 minutes on schedule and there is clearly another person swimming in front of us, so how can it be closed? He just yelled at me and still didn't tell me why. I have no idea who or why he was there. Cane other days when pool was support he open and they had signs saying closed" when it was supposed to be open. They don't really have a good amount of machines other than tons of treadmills compared to LA fitness. And as others mentioned they stay broken a long time. But I need to work my back and don't use free weights. The hot sauna was broken for MONTHS! And was so unclean inside. I couldn't believe I had been sitting in there. But I'm sure it was due to the lady exfoliating herself and no one cleaning it! It makes me want to vomit thinking of it. I wanted a water yoga class but they didn't have evening classes for me. Only during the day when I couldn't go. For a large expensive place it makes no sense they could not hire for evening classes. Kids area-while I don't trust anyone to watch my kids personally, my best friend had a terrible experience there. Other kids would bully her kids and staff didn't seem to care. She could only take her kids a set limited time during the day so too bad if you can't make that block of time despite the fact you pay twice as much to bring kids you can literally only go when they say you can because pools and splash pads for kids aren't open or are closed constantly. The last straw was her son was arguing with his sibling as siblings do, but it was handled terribly. Instead of going to get her if there was indeed a problem , the staff dragged him down the hallway and when he thought he was out of sight, she saw him throw him on the ground. She happened to have come down for pick up at the time and was following them wondering why he had her son down a secluded hallway alone, He didn't apologize or anything. Terrible way of handling a child.
