We've had…read moreissues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

Butterfly promptly called me back, tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn't work, they stopped by on a Sunday. WOW! They taught me more about our pool in 20 minutes than I'd learned in 3 years from various providers. They were affordable and when they left our home, I had immediate peace. Although the part needs to be replaced, I'm glad it led us to Butterfly. I cancelled our existing service and know that we are in great hands with Butterfly.

This company is advertised as a company that provides leak detection and repair services. The…read moreperson that looked at the issue was only interested in quoting repair cost without performing any leak detection which was explained as unnecessary and based solely on "experience in this field". Another reputable company was able to locate the leak using proving technology and equipment withing 1 hour of being on site and was no even close to where near where the "experienced" technician stated the leak is located. I hasten to use the reference to technician as this person is a fully trained individual that uses state of the art technology and tools which the guy that came out for the estimate was not a qualified technician. Don't consider using this company to repair your pool leak unless you need to waste money and have many holes in your surrounding pool deck.

There was another person swimming but the man present didn't like women or I don't know but he told me "it's closed" and didn't give me an explanation. I question and shared how I REALLY need to stretch I'm in pain and it's supposed to be open another 40 minutes on schedule and there is clearly another person swimming in front of us, so how can it be closed? He just yelled at me and still didn't tell me why. I have no idea who or why he was there. Cane other days when pool was support he open and they had signs saying closed" when it was supposed to be open. They don't really have a good amount of machines other than tons of treadmills compared to LA fitness. And as others mentioned they stay broken a long time. But I need to work my back and don't use free weights. The hot sauna was broken for MONTHS! And was so unclean inside. I couldn't believe I had been sitting in there. But I'm sure it was due to the lady exfoliating herself and no one cleaning it! It makes me want to vomit thinking of it. I wanted a water yoga class but they didn't have evening classes for me. Only during the day when I couldn't go. For a large expensive place it makes no sense they could not hire for evening classes. Kids area-while I don't trust anyone to watch my kids personally, my best friend had a terrible experience there. Other kids would bully her kids and staff didn't seem to care. She could only take her kids a set limited time during the day so too bad if you can't make that block of time despite the fact you pay twice as much to bring kids you can literally only go when they say you can because pools and splash pads for kids aren't open or are closed constantly. The last straw was her son was arguing with his sibling as siblings do, but it was handled terribly. Instead of going to get her if there was indeed a problem , the staff dragged him down the hallway and when he thought he was out of sight, she saw him throw him on the ground. She happened to have come down for pick up at the time and was following them wondering why he had her son down a secluded hallway alone, He didn't apologize or anything. She can spend so much time and money in this store, especially if they have stuff for the cats, and this location usually does. They're massive and well stocked, and somewhat well organized, unlike most locations.
