When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

We settled on a pre-owned model, which can be had for quite a bit less than new. If you're looking to the the first to bathe in your spa, that's fine too. He's got many models to choose from, including a large array of Sundance Spas, which appears to be his go-to brand. I disclosed that there was algae presence (from Hurricane Beryl) and that I just needed the pool vacuumed. I was offered algae service, and I declined. I said I would go in-store to make my payment immediately after it was completed. When I came into the store (right after service was completed) I gathered a bunch of items to add to my service charge (a pool vacuum, a pool stick, putty, two additional parts for my filter cartridge), but I was met with a short lady with an BAD ATTITUDE and a straight bob-cut. She yelled A-C-R-O-S-S the room "THISSS ONE is YOURRRSSSS!" With this look on HER face like "you're disgusting" while rolling her eyes as I was explaining the circumstances of my services. She then walked away & went to the back of the room whispering sweet-nothings to her colleagues WHILE I was being assisted by Nicholas. Don't waste your time here. Even when Nicholas was helping me she decided to come BACK to the front and cross her arms standing beside me then raised her voice saying, "Let me tell you how we do this here!!! We charge for regular vacuuming and chemicals." Yes, I'm aware, but I didn't need chemicals and all I wanted was a vacuum. "GPS shows car turned off at 1:11pm" Yes, but service didn't start UNTIL AFTER Eric made a phone call to the office & verified with me (I had to use google translate) that all I needed was vacuuming. You will find no one better than T&C. I was immediately sold on Town and Country from day 1 and it is purely because of Emil Hermis, our builder. I filled out a request for information and within an hour Emil came to our home and began designing. Emil immediately struck me as a man of integrity, dedication, and very knowledgeable. My first impression was not wrong, Emil is a master of his craft and every single detail mentioned was delivered upon with perfection. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful to Emil we are. The contractors used by T&C are top notch. There wasn't a single crew that worked on our pool that wasn't simply amazing. All were incredibly friendly, respectful, diligent, and hard working. The quality and skill every single crew brought to the build cannot be understated.. and they did it in 100 degree Southeast Texas heat. I cannot stress enough to a potential pool buyer, take care of your crews working on your pool. It is boiling hot outside and these guys do not take breaks, get them Gatorade or water. It doesn't take much to take care for the people giving you their all in our weather. We love our new pool and could not recommend Town and Country enough. We have plenty of cleaners, we needed this pool store! I was immediately greeted by the husband and wife franchise owners. I spoke for a moment with the wife about my needs and soon learned they have referrals for plaster work, pool maintenance/service workers and expert knowledge about pools in general. I was given a container to bring a sample in of my pool water to have it checked at no cost. I was delighted to have such a warm introduction to the store. Aside from the maintenance and chemical items, they also have fun floats, thermometers, outdoor clocks, towel holders and much much more. The store was exceptionally clean. I have always liked pool stores since was a kid. The smell brings back so many memories. Seems I was always in a pool store with my dad or my grandmother. We would go in for chemicals to treat our pools. Back in the mid 70's and early 80's, you did it yourself since having a "pool guy" was not as common as it is today. I'm very excited about how well the store is stocked. They pack a lot in this small space and I will be back to get some new floats soon. They carry my favorite brand of floats, SwimWays. Great customer service, pristine store, good prices and big selection. What more can you ask for in a pool supply place?

I called your technical support and they gave me a phone number of a "supposedly engineer" that…read morecould answer my questions on the deficiency of the Ozone Generator. I talk to this guy in Alabama and stated that the Ozone Generator should go after the Salt Clorinator where I was told through your questions and answer ls that it's supposed to go before? Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing? Ironically, he admitted that the venturi will drain the pvc filter piping.....NO DESIGNED PREVENTION?? So, I asked the question why there wasn't any electronic check valve in the Ozone Generator? The problem is the venturi vents or drains the water out of the pool filter system when the filter shuts off.....very hard on anything installed on the system downstream of the venturi plumbing since I have a 5 port valve assembly after the Ozone Generator it drains the pvc pipes. Have you ever heard what it sounds like when air and water goes into a 5 port valve assembly? It hammers the 5 port valve assembly until all the air is purged out of the pvc piping. I don't want to replace the 5 port valve assembly every month!!! The venturi should of had a electronic ball valve installed which was nor.ally closed when power was removed from the Ozkne Generator to prevent draining of the filter system. It's great if your pool filter system is below grade then the useless check valve that prevents backwash into the UV LAMP but there's no precautions on the venturi draining the pool filter system when the filter is above grade of the pool? Very poor design of this Ozone Generator. You would of thought there would of been more thought in the design of this Ozone Generator. A check valve that you have displayed is useless since it will only work to the upstream and not downstream of the check valve. The venturi is like taking a 3/8" drill bit and drilling into the pvc pipe, anywhere this hole or venturi is located is going to drain the pipe and anything downstream is going to suffer from all the air and water banging into the filter system on startup.......you would think there would of been more engineering involved to prevent the draining issue? Poor design, I had to stop the draining by designing an inline ball valve to be placed on the venturi flexible tubing to shutoff when power was removed from the Ozone Generator to prevent the venturi from draining? Your product doesn't benefit the pool filter system but hiders the ability of the pool filtration system by draining the. Pvc piping whereverthis it's installed.........I can't belive all the positive fake reviews and nobody has mentioned this issue of the venturi draining their system???.

I've had them servicing my pool for the last couple of months and it always looks great after their technician leaves. Last night I determined I had an issue with my pool. I went in to talk to them this morning and they sent someone right out to get it fixed before the freeze got here so I didn't have to worry about my pipes freezing. Their entire staff is not only super nice, but very knowledgeable. I've been very impressed with the quality of their service and customer support.
