Once we decided on the design he was quick to submit all the HOA applications and drawings for us. Once it was approved he started and got the project done quickly. The pool he built us is alkaline and needs minimal chlorine. It's also is very low maintenance due to the equipment he chose to use. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the yard being torn up due to all the construction but it was worth it. Jim still answers all my texts with any questions I have for him.

CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

The pool was put in after kids grew up. I struggled for 2 years with this pool, green water and then black algae set in. I googled everything I could and learned a lot but not enough to clean this pool up. I had people come look at it and to price a clean up. My daughter used Chris, she told me he got rid of her black algae so I called and Chris came right out, he quoted me a price I could live with and I have never seen this pool look this good.
