I had been madly searching for why I was having water bills that were hundreds of dollars every month. The city was no help. But because of Daniel, MPS found and fixed the leak. My water bills are still high but no where near as high. Thanks Daniel!!!

I've been with Poolwerx for over a year now, and I've had the best experience. When I first became…read morea pool owner, I had to learn how to take care of it properly. That's when I met Sam--he really took the time to make sure I understood exactly what to do. He also told me to call or text anytime I had questions, and he always got back to me quickly. A couple of months in, my pool heater started shutting off after just 7-8 minutes of runtime without ever reaching the set temperature. That's when I met Mike. He could have easily taken advantage of me as a new owner and recommended an expensive part, but instead, he fixed it perfectly just by cleaning the inside. It's been working flawlessly ever since. Recently, I hired them for full-time pool service, and the care and attention to detail they put into every visit far exceed my expectations. I've only ever dealt with Mike and Sam--the trust I've built with them and the consistently perfect work they've done mean I have no interest in trying any other company. While I've worked with two other pool companies in the past, I found their service and cleaning results to be somewhat mediocre, which is why I'll be staying with PoolWerx.

The inspection went great and we are getting a quote for some services. We will definitely use Erik for any pool work going forward. After the first cleaning we thought he would actually try to clean the sticks and dirt from the bottom of the pool, yes the pool was clear and we could swim but there was a lot of sticks and leaves still on the bottom of the pool. The guy responded from me asking why he didn't clean the sticks and dirt out and I asked if he was coming the next day to do it. He said he's not coming back the next day I needed to wait until Tuesday and be happy that I had a fast turn around for my pool clearing out. It was barely a week and the leaf collector in the pool was filled that shows after two "cleanings" that he didn't ever vacuum the pool. We canceled our cleaning because it never was fully cleaned and we were quoted $185 and wound up with tax $200. When he came we had to pay like $500 for repairs then that same day he asked us to pay $200 again for may. We found a cheaper place and we will learn how to clean our own pool. I swam in it today and theirs dirt on top of the water, dirt inside the pool and on the bottom. Really from chlorine other than that and emptying the trays I don't see any other cleaning. Also the first cleaning we said we needed someone to get in and scrub the pool when we talked on the phone he said oh you might wanna get someone to scrub the pool I'm thinking I asked you to do that but all I replied with was okay so we could end the conversation.

My pump and filter did not survive the big freeze - yes I should have taken advantage of the drain…read moreplugs rather than rely on the power grid to keep the water moving. I called Mark as soon as the power was back on - needless to say he was busy they were out within a couple of days. He personally checked the equipment provided various options for me to select from. Once decided the equipment was secured and beautifully installed. He oversaw the installation and we chatted where he shared his focus on family and his commitment to not do business on the weekend and devote that time to family - I was impressed!! Two years later the pump motor starts eating capacitors then fails completely (on a Saturday of course) so I call Mark knowing he won't answer on the weekend but will return the call promptly on Monday which is exactly what happened. He had a technician out the next morning to look at the pump and confirm it was a warranty issue, he then worked with the manufacturer to get a new motor out and installed at zero cost to me. He communicated with me daily on the status of the parts, worked with the vendor to get a motor expedited and get me back online. All in all and excellent experience! To the reviewer who complained that they do not respond to pool "emergencies" on the weekend I have to shake my head - it's certainly a first world problem to consider not having a pump system running on your personal pool over the weekend an "emergency". I applaud Mark and his team for not only their work but their appreciation of and support for their families - no one will die if your pool system is down for the weekend (the water will still be there)
