You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return.

Every visit, I buy everything they say I need. Each visit usually comes to $50 to $150 and I never complain or question them. In that time I've also made larger purchases around $1000 for additional equipment like a new Polaris, a new motor for one of my pumps, new housings/fittings/etc. All together is probably safe to say I've spent between $5k and $10k dollars there. So today I replaced the 5th piece that's failed on my Polaris I bought from them. I'm a little annoyed by that b/c it cost $1000 and I feel like being 2 years old, that's just a bit ridiculous. I've also had parts sold to me at a discount because "they were opened by accident" only to find that parts where missing and I was denied a refund... but in general, I was just a little annoyed about the Polaris failures. I went into the store to get my water checked just now. The one manager (female, young, didn't catch her name) was helping some other people and a young guy took my water. I casually mentioned how I've just replaced the 4th or 5th piece on that (I think i said $1400, but it's actually $1000... no matter) Polaris, and how crazy that seems. I didn't say it aggressively. I just sorta mentioned it while the guy was testing my water. Anyway, the girl was not having it. She was sure I only paid $800 (as if that makes it somehow ok) and insisted on trying to argue about it in front of the whole store, even going so far as to stop helping customers and go print my old receipt. Okay, so it ended up being $1000 and not $1400. Still... my point was that it's not a great product if I have to spend $300 over the next 2 years repairing it (and thats just parts. if i paid labor for someone else to do it, who knows how much it would be). As I left, she came storming out of the store and began to berate me and my wife for our unacceptable behavior. I remained totally calm. Her voice shook and her eyes became bloodshot as her blood pressure elevated and she assured me of how she was an excellent manager and she just wasn't having that in her store. I calmly told her that I would have no problem apologizing if I made her feel disrespected, and I even did apologize. I then told her that perhaps a better manager might approach a long time customer with a different tact and the benefit of the doubt before talking down to us like we are children. None the less, she assured me she wasn't going to put up with my behavior (i guess of expecting value out of a product and just idly mentioning it calmly in conversation) before exclaiming "That's just the way it is!" and walking off. I'm now looking for somewhere else. Go here if you want, I wouldn't.

I cannot tell you how many times I have come in and not only do they associate me by name but they ask about my family, my animals and my job! it is a safe haven to sit down and talk while receiving excellent service. 2. I have a swim spa. many years ago, I walked into their store - clueless - about how to take care of my swim spa. Greg came by my HOUSE on numerous occasions to see the situation, look at the reading and figure out how to have an excelllebt swim spa. My pool looks amazing and I have never had any issue with clarity, sanitary issues and they even address other issues that even Swim Spas couldn't help me with. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond - even if it has nothing to do with the regular issues they always address. 3. Old school customer service. You can't find this anywhere else. They will help you and work with you to attain your pool goals and under your price budget. 4. Respect: Many of the complaints I have seen is due to the lack of respect regarding parking with Hero's Martial Arts. There is into a few spots to park in and they work closely to ensure that their customers have the parking needed to quickly and efficiently get in and out with no hassle. I tried appreciate this because many times I am in a rush and leave my car running. It is nice to know they nicely cut quickly and effectively ask those who are not a part of the store to please respect the boundaries established by the management teams and to park in the designated areas for all the establishments on this located in this parking center. It is nice to know that during the busiest times, Saturdays. That I always have a place to park because they enforce the rules. I know people aren't always pleased. But I know that NONE of the true patrons are the ones complaining. And the true patrons are the ones whise reviews are the truest to the excellent customer service received. 5. Grace. Grace is one of the highest compliments I can give this family owned business. Once a person is a customer - they are treated as family. They have shown me grace and understanding more times than I can count. And that is missing in today's day and age. So, my friends, I implore you to go in say hello and see for yourself. I write this review only because I know they true foundation for what they stand for the service given and I will say that the negative reviews are not needed.
