You will find no one better than T&C. I was immediately sold on Town and Country from day 1 and it is purely because of Emil Hermis, our builder. I filled out a request for information and within an hour Emil came to our home and began designing. Emil immediately struck me as a man of integrity, dedication, and very knowledgeable. My first impression was not wrong, Emil is a master of his craft and every single detail mentioned was delivered upon with perfection. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful to Emil we are. The contractors used by T&C are top notch. There wasn't a single crew that worked on our pool that wasn't simply amazing. All were incredibly friendly, respectful, diligent, and hard working. The quality and skill every single crew brought to the build cannot be understated.. and they did it in 100 degree Southeast Texas heat. I cannot stress enough to a potential pool buyer, take care of your crews working on your pool. It is boiling hot outside and these guys do not take breaks, get them Gatorade or water. It doesn't take much to take care for the people giving you their all in our weather. We love our new pool and could not recommend Town and Country enough. I never got a weekly chemical reading from Pinch A Penny now I get a full breakdown of what's going on with my pool and what every chemical level is at including CYA - my pool looks great again...... I've lived here since 2018. Horses have always been on the property before I purchased it. It wasn't the horses. It was the lack of getting a proper CYA reading. And the new company fixed my circulation issues as shown by the giant fountain in the updated picture of a nice clean pool

I've had them servicing my pool for the last couple of months and it always looks great after their technician leaves. Last night I determined I had an issue with my pool. I went in to talk to them this morning and they sent someone right out to get it fixed before the freeze got here so I didn't have to worry about my pipes freezing. Their entire staff is not only super nice, but very knowledgeable. I've been very impressed with the quality of their service and customer support.

The build itself went smoothly, but everything since then has been a nightmare. We have not been able to properly use our pool since early July (and even before then it was questionable at best). We have reached out multiple times--at least 4 times in the last month alone--about issues with the pressure and the pool not working correctly. Two people came out (one of them the owner himself), and nothing was fixed. We also requested a cleaning and were told someone would be sent, but no one ever showed. The owner's son came out a couple of times and half-heartedly looked things over. He never taught us how to check or run the system (which we were promised after our pool was built). When our landscaping and trees all died within a week of installation, I personally spoke to him several times for guidance and got zero follow-up. To make matters worse, we were told that our sand filters needed to be replaced--less than a year after installation, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years. I have personally power-washed the filters multiple times trying to fix the pressure issue and even spent my own money buying four brand-new filters. At this point, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through from this company has been beyond frustrating. The construction was great, but the service and ongoing support have been absolutely terrible. We invested a lot of money into this pool and have been left with nothing but headaches and an unusable system. We are now looking elsewhere for service. Save yourself the frustration and get your pool serviced elsewhere.

So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

This past Sunday, I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight pockets and dropped them a line asking that they please call me, because of my mistake. I received a call the next day, Monday, letting me know that they had already found the weight pockets I needed, even though they weren't listed on their site, and they could have them sent out that same day. Here it is Thursday morning and my weight pockets have arrived, as well as stickers and lollipops. I look forward to purchasing more gear from Woodlands Dive Center in the future.

Beatrix was so sweet and understanding and encouraging, giving us advice about safety and signs to use to signal if there is an issue like leg cramps. She checked our new equipment and gave us advice about them. After two fun lessons, we feel confident in the water thanks to Beatrix.
