When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

And then you wait while it's being manufactured (the hardest part). Finally the day comes when Kelsea calls and says it's time to have a site inspection visit and to schedule delivery! Yea.... The delivery went off without a hitch. I'm not saying it was and easy job - my husband took out a piece of wrought iron fence and they managed to maneuver it through flawlessly. The 2 installers did a fabulous job, including giving my husband detailed instructions on how to get the hot tub ready for use. Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion. We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors

Final Edit: I would recommend this company. With construction you want everything to go perfect, but when it doesn't, a company shows you who they truly are when they either address the issues or leave you hanging. This company insisted on addressing our issues until they got it right, even when I was ready to give up. Make sure you reach out to Mikaela in the front office when you feel you're not being heard. She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed. I will also welcome anyone who wants to see their work up close, before making a decision.
