Additionally, she charged my credit card without ever contacting me to know the balance. I never got an invoice and it was way more than I discussed with Jeremy who gave me a heads up of the cost. When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

Few days later he finally texted back asking about our availability which he was provided 3 full open days to come out which he never did and ghosted us at that point. The pool which did turn out lovely almost took 7 months to construct and then with in that time line the outdoor kitchen and tile around pool remained issues after everything was constructed. Cody Pools has zero customer service knowledge as they do like to play the blame game and hardly (did I write hardly) I meant never except ownership... no matter how black and white the situation is or now was... Pay the extra 10K or so and go with a company that is definitely less stressful and takes the time to deal with their clients; whom are spending their hard earned money to hire you. I only gave 2 stars because the building process of the pool was good…read more We had our pool built less than a year ago. The build itself went smoothly, but everything since then has been a nightmare. We have not been able to properly use our pool since early July (and even before then it was questionable at best). We have reached out multiple times--at least 4 times in the last month alone--about issues with the pressure and the pool not working correctly. Two people came out (one of them the owner himself), and nothing was fixed. We also requested a cleaning and were told someone would be sent, but no one ever showed. The owner's son came out a couple of times and half-heartedly looked things over. He never taught us how to check or run the system (which we were promised after our pool was built). When our landscaping and trees all died within a week of installation, I personally spoke to him several times for guidance and got zero follow-up. To make matters worse, we were told that our sand filters needed to be replaced--less than a year after installation, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years. I have personally power-washed the filters multiple times trying to fix the pressure issue and even spent my own money buying four brand-new filters. At this point, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through from this company has been beyond frustrating. The construction was great, but the service and ongoing support have been absolutely terrible. We invested a lot of money into this pool and have been left with nothing but headaches and an unusable system. We are now looking elsewhere for service. Save yourself the frustration and get your pool serviced elsewhere.

Vince the Owner gave us a detailed product overview, it's so nice to buy a product from someone who really knows their business. That's why we didn't just buy a tub from Costco. And then you wait while it's being manufactured (the hardest part). Finally the day comes when Kelsea calls and says it's time to have a site inspection visit and to schedule delivery! Yea.... The delivery went off without a hitch. I'm not saying it was and easy job - my husband took out a piece of wrought iron fence and they managed to maneuver it through flawlessly. Final Edit: I would recommend this company. We had issues, (keep in mind as frustrating as it was I…read moredon't think our issues were normal for this company, we were just unlucky), but they stood by their warranty and made everything right. With construction you want everything to go perfect, but when it doesn't, a company shows you who they truly are when they either address the issues or leave you hanging. This company insisted on addressing our issues until they got it right, even when I was ready to give up. Make sure you reach out to Mikaela in the front office when you feel you're not being heard. She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed. I will also welcome anyone who wants to see their work up close, before making a decision.
