You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return.

Either she would handle my issues personally or she would have someone within her organization reach out to help me. They offer a great product and its backed by outstanding support !! He installed a new filter pump to the tune of three grand that he sold us on as being really great. I wanted to get a cheap single speed and throw it on, but he claimed the variable speed would be really ever efficient and we would see a huge savings in energy and it would last us at least 6 or 7 years. Less than two years in and the thing is leaking oil from the motor/gears. His phone is disconnected and doesn't respond to emails, no one's heard from him. Not really the "great stand up guy" my friend told me he was if you ask me. A responsible independent business owner such as him would have at a minimum let his customers know he was retiring, left a good referral business for his long time customers to turn to, and at least fielded emails from his former clientele when they had serious issues or concerns about work or equipment he installed!!

I went in to talk to them this morning and they sent someone right out to get it fixed before the freeze got here so I didn't have to worry about my pipes freezing. So I visited with Thomas Benson and he gave me a fair price on price on the equipment and install. They installed it in no time and went walled me thru the app that runs everything. So nice and easy. I asked about putting a new light in the pool as it too was original and we agreed on a Jandy system LED - fits seamless with the Jandy electronics he put in. Again a fair price and install took about 30 mins. My wife had a birthday party the next evening and the pools lights were such a hit. You won't go wrong with Benson.

I opened my 32,000 gallon in-ground pool on May 19 2017 this year only to find the pool half empty. The pool company I've been using the last few years doesn't replace liners so they recommended another local pool company. On May 22 2017 I contacted the recommended company and provided them some specifics related to the size of my pool. They stated that they would get back to me with a quote and that I was fourth on their list; they service one or two customers per week. My status inquiries to this company were ignored so I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools on July 11th. Dave Hjelm, from Aquatic Dream Pools, arrived on July 11th to take some measurements and said that the new liner would arrive in two or three weeks and that it would take one day to install the new liner. The liner arrived and was installed on August 8th. Within a day, it was clear that other problems existed as the water level dropped considerably over that time frame. I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm arrived and began looking for the leak. A week and a half into troubleshooting process, we thought the leak had been located and repaired. When the water level was brought back up to normal levels, the pool had dropping about 2 inches of water over a 24 hours period. Once again I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm were back out looking for leaks. Over the course of another week and a half, an additional leak was discovered and repaired. Aquatic Dream Pools took ownership of my pool problems and was determined to get the pool operating leak free. Dave and Malcolm must have been to my home an additional 8 or 9 times looking for leaks and their stick-to-itiveness is especially noteworthy. Oh, did I mention that those additional trips were at no additional cost to me? Needless to say, I highly recommend Aquatic Dream Pools and they will be my pool company of choice going forward. Customer service on this level is very hard to find these days.

Unfortunately the repairs didn't hold and we watched $1,375 dollars worth of water run down the hill. After many calls and no-shows, they came an fixed it. Naively we again filled the pool and again it didn't hold. Another $750 worth of water down the drain (literally).
