We've had…read moreissues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

Martin…read morecame out, and fussed about the spa, and then told me, he will need to make a third return call, not this Monday, but NEXT Monday to bring his sump pumps and vacuum etc. So, still not repaired to blow out the lines. I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

    I called Pablo from Loyalty after a bad experience with the company I had been with for a couple…read moreyears. I was in need of someone ASAP and needed someone to guarantee me a day and time slot and be consistent with it week after week because of my big dogs that have access to the yard at all times. I need to know when to crate them so the pool can be cleaned on a regular basis. Pablo was able to do just that and this has been the easiest relationship I've had with a pool service over the last 8 years. I can pay weekly, monthly, and can pay with check or by Zelle and he always shows up when he is supposed to. My pool has never looked better. In the few times I have been home during the cleaning, I was absolutely in awe of the over and above service Pablo provides. He fills it when the water is low, and does a very thorough cleaning. He even hoses off the deck around the pool and blows the leaves in the yard surrounding the pool to keep them from blowing in the water. Outstanding. Never has anyone done such an amazing job as Pablo. He definitely goes over and above what is expected. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. And pricing is fair and actually lower than what I previously paid and filter cleanings are included. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. 5 STARS!!!!!

This location (the one owned by Kandace Price) is hands-down the most dysfunctional, unprofessional pool store I've ever had the misfortune of stepping into. From the moment you walk in, it's clear no one here has any idea what they're doing or cares in the slightest about customers, employees, or basic business standards.Kandace, the owner, is completely checked out and incompetent. She lets her kids treat the store like their personal playground--running around screaming, playing video games at full volume on devices, bumping into customers and displays, knocking things over. It's chaos. While her children are causing a ruckus, she's either ignoring everything or half-heartedly trying to "manage" the store in the most absent way possible. How is this acceptable in a retail environment where people are spending hundreds on chemicals, equipment, and advice? It feels like a daycare masquerading as a business. Zero professionalism, zero oversight.Then there's Mike. This guy has serious anger issues and zero filter. I've witnessed him screaming at employees right in front of customers--yelling, cursing, berating them over minor things like stocking shelves or answering a phone. It's embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone involved. Customers are standing there trying to buy pool supplies while this grown man throws tantrums like a toddler. If that's how he treats his own team, imagine how little he cares about you as a paying customer. Unhinged, unprofessional, and straight-up toxic.The whole place reeks of apathy. No one knows what they're talking about when it comes to pool care--wrong chemical recommendations, half-baked advice, prices that seem pulled out of thin air, and a general "we don't care" attitude that permeates everything. They clearly don't train staff, don't supervise, and don't value the customer experience at all.

Less mess and less money than the powdered shock. I take my water in to be tested every week or two, use the chemical they recommend and have crystal clear water for 2 season straight Roger B
