Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

I was in need of someone ASAP and needed someone to guarantee me a day and time slot and be consistent with it week after week because of my big dogs that have access to the yard at all times. I need to know when to crate them so the pool can be cleaned on a regular basis. Pablo was able to do just that and this has been the easiest relationship I've had with a pool service over the last 8 years. I can pay weekly, monthly, and can pay with check or by Zelle and he always shows up when he is supposed to. My pool has never looked better. In the few times I have been home during the cleaning, I was absolutely in awe of the over and above service Pablo provides. He fills it when the water is low, and does a very thorough cleaning. He even hoses off the deck around the pool and blows the leaves in the yard surrounding the pool to keep them from blowing in the water. Outstanding. Never has anyone done such an amazing job as Pablo. He definitely goes over and above what is expected. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. And pricing is fair and actually lower than what I previously paid and filter cleanings are included. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. 5 STARS!!!!!

My pool was in bad shape, it was green, had tons of algae and was chemically depleted. He installed a new filter pump to the tune of three grand that he sold us on as being really great. I wanted to get a cheap single speed and throw it on, but he claimed the variable speed would be really ever efficient and we would see a huge savings in energy and it would last us at least 6 or 7 years. Less than two years in and the thing is leaking oil from the motor/gears. His phone is disconnected and doesn't respond to emails, no one's heard from him. Not really the "great stand up guy" my friend told me he was if you ask me. A responsible independent business owner such as him would have at a minimum let his customers know he was retiring, left a good referral business for his long time customers to turn to, and at least fielded emails from his former clientele when they had serious issues or concerns about work or equipment he installed!!
