After having our spa six month it is time to write a review of Spas Unlimited service. We've had…read moreissues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

UPDATE- The day I posted this, I finally got a call, so I changed my 1 star to 2 stars. Martin…read morecame out, and fussed about the spa, and then told me, he will need to make a third return call, not this Monday, but NEXT Monday to bring his sump pumps and vacuum etc. So, still not repaired to blow out the lines. I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

I called Pablo from Loyalty after a bad experience with the company I had been with for a couple…read moreyears. I was in need of someone ASAP and needed someone to guarantee me a day and time slot and be consistent with it week after week because of my big dogs that have access to the yard at all times. I need to know when to crate them so the pool can be cleaned on a regular basis. Pablo was able to do just that and this has been the easiest relationship I've had with a pool service over the last 8 years. I can pay weekly, monthly, and can pay with check or by Zelle and he always shows up when he is supposed to. My pool has never looked better. In the few times I have been home during the cleaning, I was absolutely in awe of the over and above service Pablo provides. He fills it when the water is low, and does a very thorough cleaning. He even hoses off the deck around the pool and blows the leaves in the yard surrounding the pool to keep them from blowing in the water. Outstanding. Never has anyone done such an amazing job as Pablo. He definitely goes over and above what is expected. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. And pricing is fair and actually lower than what I previously paid and filter cleanings are included. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. 5 STARS!!!!!

I hired this company February of 2025, we bought a house with a pool and we were still living out of the country, they knew and said no problem they started clean our pool on 2/24/25, by April 1st my pool looked like a swamp and the water was low it was down past the 2nd step.i called them, filled out their form on their website and txt them for 4 days. No response. They did not have my husband's phone number so i had him call. They txt him back right away. Then stop responding to him once they found out who he was. I could see and hear everytime they came to my house because we have a ring that recorded everything. I notice now reading through comments that J's pool blame their poor service on people for non payment. Our payments were auto drafted out of our account. Not only did they not take care of our pool, but on April 9th a different person showed up at our house I spoke to the gentleman through the ring and asked him to call me. J'S gave our contract to a different pool company Gleaming pools. I had to find out from the new company. No doubt Gleaming pools took care of us and has done a fantastic job, but J's still took out money out of our accounts and did not give the money to Gleaming pools. I am still dispute charges with the bank because they charged for April, for zero service and then they charged and additional 250.00 at the end of April because I disputed the charges with the bank. I have all their voice mails, txt messages, emails, and recored every threatening phone conversations. They also could not keep employees due to the fact they would not pay the employees. This is a very bad company

Justin, I noticed…read moreyou didn't say we didn't pay after my first Google review a month ago. But you harassed me as soon as that review posted. Full balance was paid. You threatened us with invoices that were not in the contract in retaliation of us posting a negative truthful review of your business practices. You asked us to remove the review and when we didn't comply you sent us invoices and stated that you would do that in the text messages provided. You did this on two occasions. According to your payment schedule in the contract I paid cash for each service date in full. Your accounts payment company even froze your account because of questionable business practices. Are you going to lie about that as well? Or do you want me to post what intuit emailed me? This is not harassment. This is a customer review . Harassment is sending a customer a bill after they paid for an unfinished project in full out of retaliation of posting a honest review. Harassment is defamation of character and lying about private individuals. Six figures were paid to you on time the day of each project. Don't come for us. You were blocked and this is your only way to communicate. You need to respond to our attorney's letter. Did you ever pay the plumber? Did you ever pay the original decking subcontractor? Did you answer the plumber's attorney demand letter? Do you provide project management oversight for your jobs? Are you a convicted harasser and stalker? Do you have a criminal past of lying and stealing? This is all credible information and your past predicts your future. I'm sure every negative review on here is a lie? You can't manipulate Yelp like you do google. BEWARE, stay away from this company. Please do your research and read all reviews from Yelp, BBB, Angie's list and Google. He threatens his customers to take down bad reviews. If you don't he will send you open invoices saying you owe him for work. Deception trade practices. He has a proven (factual) history of taking advantage of subcontractors. Please look at all the pictures and read all the text messages. You don't want to deal with this type of toxicity and manipulation tactics. Do a thorough background check. STAY AWAY.
