During a recent house purchase we discovered during the inspection process that smart jacks which should have been installed 3 years ago were not. I believe this was an honest mistake as there were several options that the previous homeowners were exploring. Once contacted Leveled - who is under new ownership since the original work was done - agreed to send someone out to inspect the previous work, and determined that jacks should have been installed. My experience from getting the quote to performing the work was excellent. My backyard concrete area was starting to shift unevenly so I needed to get it back levelled again. After a quick phone call to setup an appointment, a person named John came out to provide me a free estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional and polite. He took some measurements and evaluated the area within a few minutes. We then sat down to discuss some options - I just chose the simplest which was to use foam injection to lift up the sagging areas of concrete. When it came to do the work, Jacob and Vinny (Vincent) were top notch. They were also professional and polite. Several holes were drilled thru the concrete and lots of foam were injected. About an hour later, my concrete was almost exactly where it started. The holes were then patched up and they cleaned up the excess foam and dust. I can also vouch that they honor their warranty as well. A small area of concrete sagged prematurely (which is uncommon) and they came out the very next day without question to fix it. Overall, I recommend these guys. They do great work and are professional and polite. read more

We were very pleased with the work that was done. They have returned several times to continue to maintain the leveling of the driveway at no cost, as per their warranty. i highly recommend this company and staff. Just know that they are completely unwilling to even *schedule an appointment* unless they are speaking directly with the actual property owner. Not to discuss details or authorize specific work to be done - no: literally just to schedule an appointment to meet with the property owner to provide an estimate. This policy is unfortunate for those lucky individuals who have assistants or house managers hired to handle exactly this type of thing on their behalf. One wonders whether they took this into account when crafting their appointment-setting policy. If Elon Musk's house needs concrete leveling, guess they're going to demand to speak directly to Mr. Musk to set a time? Nonsensical policy that just cost them business. read more

I called for leveling of my driveway. They told me that they would level my driveway with a five year warranty. They did good work, and the driveway was leveled nicely. Now, the driveway is no longer level. In the fine print of the contract, it says that the warranty extends only to the sections of the driveway that were worked on. My verbal understanding at the time of sale was that the warranty was for a level driveway. After all, they created a "design" for the driveway and executed on that design. After spending $950 on the original service and expecting the driveway would be under warranty, they were willing to do me a "favor" and only charge $950 to level the other half of the driveway, or $725 to do the work with only a very short warranty (gee thanks). And this was only offered after extensive discussions. Another detail in the fine print that I came across is that they are not responsible if they crack your cement. Before using this service, please understand how much they do or do not stand behind their work. I'm told that the current minimum is $1,500 for a job. Expect to pay at least twice what they quote when they have to come back for more work, even while under their narrow warranty. Also, they didn't show up the first time a warranty inspection was scheduled, and the second time, they showed up outside the window and never called (even though they were supposed to call as discussed when setting up the second appointment). If you are ok with paying double the quoted cost within a few years, then they may be the right company for you. read more

Some concrete panels had settled alongside my pool and needed help. Contacted Leveled Concrete and Nicole quickly came out and reviewed the situation. A bit later, I signed an agreement. The job was scheduled for a week or so later. Steve and Rick came out and did a quick and professional job. Unfortunately, some bad product was used and the panels sunk the very next day. After a call to Nicole and Project Specialist, Rachel, a warranty call was scheduled. Right on time after a courtesy call, the team of Steve, Kevin and David came by, apologized for the need for a retreatment, and retreated my concrete. It's all back to level now (waited a day or two to be sure) and they did a great job of cleaning up and patching the holes. Overall, a great experience - even with the need for retreatment. We had them come out 2 years ago. spent $3,200 with them to level our patio and driveway and seal cracks. Sales guy who came out told us to leave the joints open because that's where the slabs are meant to move around at. We questioned this at the time but he reassured us that this was not necessary. Fast forward, half of our driveway has settled again. we called them out to quote us for have it lifted again, not realizing at the time there was a warranty. they sent the new quote over where I read the entire thing and noticed the warranty. I asked about this as it's a 5 year warranty and it's only been 2 years. New sales guy, Kevin, said he would get back to me. In meantime I found my original paperwork where it also included the warranty. He emailed me back stating he would get back to me the next day when in the office. He didn't realize that in his reply he had included his forwarded email to I assume his boss Eric stating "This is the customer I called you about on Friday. As I suspected she found her original paperwork. Husband said original rep "sean" stated to leave the joints open. how do you want me to respond?" Sadly after yet another email and a phone call today, I have yet to have a response from anyone with this company. I am in customer service myself, and I try to give my customers 100% upfront and honest information everytime. The last thing a small business ever wants is bad customer reviews either by word of mouth or the almighty internet. This company is beginning to feel like a bait and switch. Convince the customer to not seal joints so it intentionally voids the warranty. Now, I gave this company nearly two weeks to handle it appropriately, to have a conversation with me, to make it right. I feel this is more than enough time. So now I have to come on here and warn future customers about this company. The sad thing is, we referred a lot of our friends to them after the first time we had them out. We talked them up a lot because they had done such a great job. Now that's going to have to change. read more

Leveled Concrete was attempting to level the deck around our pool. While they were able to level the corners they could not raise the section near the fence. This area had too much sediment underneath it so despite their best efforts it just would not raise. Zach and his team tried everything they could but as it turns out this section will need to be replaced. Zach quickly changed his estimate to only charge me for the work that was completed. I appreciate the fact that the team tried its best and that the work they were able to fix was of good quality. I would certainly recommend them. read more

Seeing the great reviews they had I had Zach come over & fix my walkway. Two men showed up & did the repair. It's what happens next I'm a VERY UNHAPPY Customer. They came on Wednesday, August 8th. to level my sidewalk BUT also blocked my neighbors water sprinkler head & it busted. I called to have someone fix it. I was told right away "they r not responsible, I signed the contract". Very surprised to hear that but I told them it not mine but my neighbors and she did not sign any contract with you. Then I was told ok we will fix it on Monday morning but nobody showed up or called. My neighbor called & was told it will be the afternoon again nobody showed or called. I called back the next day left several messages with Lisa the front desk girl but no reply. So I went ahead & paid $150 for irrigation company to come in & repair. Very disappointing customer service. Will not EVER use them again. read more

Zach Came out to my house, did an inspection, and was told what it would cost to repair full driveway. Two men came out and levelled concrete where it had sunk in places and made it the same. Tree roots had pushed up concrete a little. Now it's all even. A very good job !!! It's nice to have a driveway that is level. They leveled the driveway and due to rainy weather, could not seal the cracks til later. Came back one afternoon later and sealed the cracks between the concrete squares.
