I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth." I sincerely regret using the pool man and do not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.

When I came into the store (right after service was completed) I gathered a bunch of items to add to my service charge (a pool vacuum, a pool stick, putty, two additional parts for my filter cartridge), but I was met with a short lady with an BAD ATTITUDE and a straight bob-cut. She yelled A-C-R-O-S-S the room "THISSS ONE is YOURRRSSSS!" With this look on HER face like "you're disgusting" while rolling her eyes as I was explaining the circumstances of my services. She then walked away & went to the back of the room whispering sweet-nothings to her colleagues WHILE I was being assisted by Nicholas. Don't waste your time here. Even when Nicholas was helping me she decided to come BACK to the front and cross her arms standing beside me then raised her voice saying, "Let me tell you how we do this here!!! We charge for regular vacuuming and chemicals." Yes, I'm aware, but I didn't need chemicals and all I wanted was a vacuum. "GPS shows car turned off at 1:11pm" Yes, but service didn't start UNTIL AFTER Eric made a phone call to the office & verified with me (I had to use google translate) that all I needed was vacuuming. Point blank: Nicholas adjusted my amount due to $50 as we agreed on the phone. Invoice now sent via email. So before I left this lady said with a smirk on her face "issss everythingggg okaayyyy nowww??" I said, "No." She INSISTED on getting louder and cutting me off as I was simply asking this "bad-attitude Bob-cut Lady" to talk to me AND the other staff like we are human because she IS NOT better than any of us. I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..!

First off, they have been the most expensive quote I've ever received. We've had the worst luck with pool companies - mainly the guys just quit showing up. The reason for the higher price was "our pool was more complicated than most." It is large and has a strange design, so at the end of the day, I agreed to what they quoted and honestly - just wanted someone reliable. The first 3 weeks were great. The guy came every Monday as that was our scheduled cleaning day. 2 weeks ago no one showed up at all. By the time he showed up the following week on Tuesday (no one showed up on Monday and I had to call) - the pool was green. Technician treated it and turned all pumps off and put pool into service mode. I just assumed he'd be back in a day or so. Here it is the following Friday, 10 days since they last came and since our pumps have been on and still no one has showed up. I have called everyday this week and every day I'm told "it will be either today or first thing in the morning." And that's when I can actually get someone to return my call. I left a message this morning at 10:30 asking for a manager to call. It's 1:30 - still nothing. I would typically get put there and work on it myself (although I shouldn't have to since I'm paying for a service) but we are dealing with summer travel sports and we just aren't home a lot. I can't even turn the pumps on from my phone because if it being in service mode. So frustrating. Would definitely not recommend this company.
