Sure, testing your water for free was and is a plus considering you need to do it every week but not once was there a time that I didn't walk about with at least 100$ worth of products every week. So, today, as I was driving on 1488 I stopped by Leslie's on 1488 and as I entered the store I was greeted by Lance asking me if I needed any help, I thought oh no, here we go again and to my shock, he just said "please let me know if there's anything we can do for you" which was weird cause shopping at that other store in the Woodlands for all those years I was ALWAYS lectured and told that I'd start having serious issues with my pool if I didn't use this or that and for years I believed them. Well, after I started browsing, I realized Leslie's had a very different way of dealing with customers along with Lances very friendly and inviting personality. Customers were coming inside saying Hello to Lance which I never saw ever at the competitors store. Well, after bringing in my pool cleaner and Lance immediately jumping into fixing it, Leslie's now has a new customer. Thank you Lance, you rock!

I paid $2556.79 which was half of the total amount. The lights were never installed and I was told multiple times via text that I would get a refund check in the mail but never did. Shortly after this happened, I received a letter from the pool plaster company, Modern Method Gunite, stating that Trey never paid for our new plaster and there was now a lien on our property for $11,970. All in Trey owes us and the plaster company a total of $14,526-all of which was paid in full by us prior to the work being done or promised to be done.
