Shortly after this happened, I received a letter from the pool plaster company, Modern Method Gunite, stating that Trey never paid for our new plaster and there was now a lien on our property for $11,970. All in Trey owes us and the plaster company a total of $14,526-all of which was paid in full by us prior to the work being done or promised to be done.
