My wife and I have 4 kids, so having something like this comes in handy. The insurance company selected Hitmen Auto Detailing to do the job, and I couldn't be happier with their selection. I really lucked out! Desmon called me up as soon as the invoice was approved for the job! Desmon was able to book me an appointment on LABOR DAY in New Caney TX. Not only that, he came to my house to do the job. I asked him if he could share how much he charged on the invoice, and to be honest, you would pay more at a "Big Name" detailer. The difference this man made on my wife's vehicle is unreal! The communication, transparency, and overall service made this review a 5 out of 5. I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

Short Version: Goto…read moreJonathan if you need your car detailed. You won't regret it. Not only will your car come out looking better, he will answer ALL of your questions and show you how to maintain your car. What's cool about him? You can bring your car by and he will treat a spot on your car and show you the difference. Do this simple test: Run your fingertips across the paint of your car. If it's rough, you should go and get it detailed. Smooth=Normal Rough=Not normal. Long Version: I realized I knew absolutely nothing about cleaning a car until I met Jonathan. I thought driving my car through a car wash an occasionally spraying armor all was good enough. There is so much that goes into how to keep your car clean, and lets face it- if your car looks like a piece of crap, driving is that much more miserable in this Texas traffic. I used to think that detailing was a huge waste of money, that you could just go to walmart and do it yourself. Sure, you can do that if your car doesn't have any problems and you've been maintaining it really well. Not only my car got cleaned and protected, Jonathan inspired me to learn about car detailing to make my car more enjoyable to drive. I found Premier Detailing on facebook after I wasn't able to get an appointment with other detailers that fellow yelper Tom N. recommended. Nevertheless, I meticulously scanned the whole facebook page where Jonathan showed before and after pics of his work. I decided to message him and I met him for a quote on my car. So pretty much it went like this: -Rolled up to his house and quickly noticed how his garage is neatly organized with car cleaning products. There are neatly stacked containers labeled with different products. -He treated a section of my car to show me what my car would look like afterwards -He was upfront in telling me that some spots could not be treated, or some spots would require a lot of work -He offered me different packages, and worked with me to give me something within my price range -If you're close to him, he offers you a ride home so you don't have to wait -When I picked up the car, I was really impressed, and he spent time answering me questions and even sent me links of products so I could maintain my car. Last thing: when I asked him questions just to make sure he was legit, he gave me really thoughtful answers and was very knowledgeable. I could tell he was passionate about detailing cars and I would recommend Jonathan's service to anyone. New car or old car, he's your guy. Would I go back? yep!

I loved my car and the color but I was never satisfied with the shine I could get from the car. The previous owner used it as a daily driver and it had 70k miles on it and you could tell. I discovered Premier Detailing and its one of the best hidden business's I've found. When I first met with Jonathan he was very eager to get his hands on my car to show me what he could do with it. I expected the car to look good, but honestly with 70k miles on it I wasn't expecting the miracles that the owner was implying. I figured he was an eager owner/salesmen doing his job to get a customer in the door. I received the call that the car was done and I could tell he was excited by how many times he used the word amazing. I asked if he could send me a teaser pic but he said it wouldn't do it justice. I was starting to get amped up on my way to the car but calmed myself down by saying the car had 70k miles on it, what could he really do with it. When Jonathan did the reveal my mouth literally dropped to what felt like my knees. I asked him, is this really my car? There is no way this car could look this nice. Cars freshly painted don't look this nice. He told me flat out the car was a lot of work, but he promised me miracles and more than delivered what he made it out to be. I'm totally a customer for life now and will tell everyone who asks and even those who don't about Premier Detailing. Jonathan did an outstanding job for what I consider a more than fair price. If your on the fence about upgrading to C'Quartz Finest all I can say is do it. Its more than worth it. Thanks for the amazing, outstanding, super job! I really appreciate it.
