Short Version: Goto Jonathan if you need your car detailed. You won't regret it. Not only will your car come out looking better, he will answer ALL of your questions and show you how to maintain your car. What's cool about him? You can bring your car by and he will treat a spot on your car and show you the difference. Do this simple test: Run your fingertips across the paint of your car. If it's rough, you should go and get it detailed. Smooth=Normal Rough=Not normal. Long Version: I realized I knew absolutely nothing about cleaning a car until I met Jonathan. I thought driving my car through a car wash an occasionally spraying armor all was good enough. There is so much that goes into how to keep your car clean, and lets face it- if your car looks like a piece of crap, driving is that much more miserable in this Texas traffic. I used to think that detailing was a huge waste of money, that you could just go to walmart and do it yourself. Sure, you can do that if your car doesn't have any problems and you've been maintaining it really well. Not only my car got cleaned and protected, Jonathan inspired me to learn about car detailing to make my car more enjoyable to drive. I found Premier Detailing on facebook after I wasn't able to get an appointment with other detailers that fellow yelper Tom N. recommended. Nevertheless, I meticulously scanned the whole facebook page where Jonathan showed before and after pics of his work. I decided to message him and I met him for a quote on my car. So pretty much it went like this: -Rolled up to his house and quickly noticed how his garage is neatly organized with car cleaning products. There are neatly stacked containers labeled with different products. -He treated a section of my car to show me what my car would look like afterwards -He was upfront in telling me that some spots could not be treated, or some spots would require a lot of work -He offered me different packages, and worked with me to give me something within my price range -If you're close to him, he offers you a ride home so you don't have to wait -When I picked up the car, I was really impressed, and he spent time answering me questions and even sent me links of products so I could maintain my car. Last thing: when I asked him questions just to make sure he was legit, he gave me really thoughtful answers and was very knowledgeable. I've never been a big car wash or detail guy when it came to my vehicles. Whenever they got super dirty after months of neglect I would just run them through an automatic wash and off I went. Well that all changed when I bought my Corvette. I loved my car and the color but I was never satisfied with the shine I could get from the car. The previous owner used it as a daily driver and it had 70k miles on it and you could tell. I discovered Premier Detailing and its one of the best hidden business's I've found. When I first met with Jonathan he was very eager to get his hands on my car to show me what he could do with it. I expected the car to look good, but honestly with 70k miles on it I wasn't expecting the miracles that the owner was implying. I figured he was an eager owner/salesmen doing his job to get a customer in the door. I received the call that the car was done and I could tell he was excited by how many times he used the word amazing. I asked if he could send me a teaser pic but he said it wouldn't do it justice. I was starting to get amped up on my way to the car but calmed myself down by saying the car had 70k miles on it, what could he really do with it. When Jonathan did the reveal my mouth literally dropped to what felt like my knees. I asked him, is this really my car? There is no way this car could look this nice. Cars freshly painted don't look this nice. He told me flat out the car was a lot of work, but he promised me miracles and more than delivered what he made it out to be. I'm totally a customer for life now and will tell everyone who asks and even those who don't about Premier Detailing. Jonathan did an outstanding job for what I consider a more than fair price. I was upset after seeing my SUV had car wash swirls and scratches all over it and I hadn't even had it for a year. I brought my Audi Q3 to Jonathan because I needed someone I could trust to remove the scratches! He did not disappoint. I haven't seen my car this shiny and clean since the day I got it. He also answered any questions and concerns I had right away. He took great care of my baby and had it done when he said he would. I also have a bull terrier who slobbers like crazy especially after the park and he was able to greatly reduce her slobber stains from the sides of my door. Jonathan has been my go to detailer for my car collection for many years. He does great work and pays attention to the small details. He is also great about offering advice and instruction on how to clean my car in between details to keep it looking it's best. You will protect the things you care about. If your car means something to you, you will be willing to give it the best treatment. If you are looking for a car wash, this is the wrong place. Washing your car without the proper knowledge WILL result in damaging the paint. Even if car washes know what they are doing, they turn out too many cars to be able to put in the proper time to do the job well. Premier Auto Detailing does one car at a time with full attention. Based on the good reviews, gave Jonathan a shot and glad I did. Did a remarkable job on my Lexus GS. The car is a few years old and needed some loving care. He was meticulous and took his time to get the blemishes out of the finish, restored the interior. The car hasn't look better since it was brand new. Do I recommend Jonathan? If I could I would give 10 stars. I purchased a 2009 Carrera that was severely neglected by the previous owner. After looking at some of the cars he has worked on in the past I brought the car in for paint restoration and ceramic coating. What came back is nothing short of a miracle (a complete transformation). His attention to detail is unmatched - From removing logos and lights to get at every mm of paint to polishing the INSIDE of the wheels (hell the wheel lug nuts were polished). I brought my black 02 Trans Am to Jonathan. The car set for several years before I bought it and then sat for several months in my garage while I worked on it. Needless to say, the paint was not in great shape. Jonathan took a look at it, gave me a price and time line, and then drove me back home so I could leave it with him. He stayed in communication with me while he was working in it and let me know what was being done. It came out great! I couldn't be happier with the results. I attempted to get in contact with this individual based on their yelp reviews. They lack a website and any type of service menu. Regardless, I called to schedule an appointment. They would not take phone calls and insisted instead on communicating via text. Their answers were utterly lacking in customer service and information.
