I had a layer of dust on the back seats along with pet hair that was stuck in cracks, hay on the floor and my front seats had perfect dust imprints of the occupants. I requested a shampoo and complete detail, but due to how dirty my truck was, I had to drop it off the next morning because they could only do three complete details that day. I drop off my truck and knew due to the level of detailing that it would be a day job in itself so I came back towards the end of the business day. To my amazement, the finished product was above my expectations!!! The big boss walked me around the truck for inspection and when I say my truck was slick and clean...I mean REALLY CLEAN!!! Gear shifter, A-Pillars, headliner, seats, rims (inside and outside), tires, front grille, wheel wells, bumpers...check..check...and more checks... The value for the service was amazing and well worth a big tip for the task. Of course, this is Houston so it will rain somewhere and I got caught in an unexpected torrential downpour. The next day no observable water spots on the paint, but I have to redo the windows because rain-x is your friend this time of the year.

Ok I like giving people the benefit of the doubt and I hate leaving bad reviews but I need closure…read moreon this; let me start my saying the tint is high quality and good, but the installation was unacceptable, first off he left both of my dome lights on and I didn't notice it and parked it for 2 days since I couldn't roll the windows down and it killed both of my brand new batteries in my diesel. Luckily they recharged and didn't ruin them; then I'm driving and after some vibration his exacto knife thing falls from the visor on my new leather seat, luckily not stabbing it or my face!, then I asked for a custom cut visor tint to be legal, and it's just illegal now (see pic of DOT line) and lastly left another plastic tint tool in the truck. I finally decided to go on a ride with my Neighbor who told me he wasn't going anywhere with me until I cleaned up my bike. I gave it my best, but there's a lot of chrome on that bike. I googled a few shops, but Randy's web page had a similar bike in several photo's, with a lot of chrome. Randy quoted a fair price (which I thought was a bit cheap) and came over to the house yesterday...spent a little over 2 hours taking a few parts off the bike to get to all the chrome and did a fantastic job.
