I went through the wash and to go park to start drying of my car. I look and see that the cover of my third light which is my brake light was snatched off by their equipment and was in the car wash well. I went to tell one of the per that worked there what happened and to advised them that this piece was in their car wash well. All of this was on my car before I went in and I never had a problem before. I waited for a response for over thirty minutes and it was little busy but now I have damage to my vehicle due their equipment. I was told of coarse there was nothing in there and they would have to review cameras and he will give me a call back. I did get a picture showing later that they found my piece in their car wash well. I spoke to the one that run the place he has an unwelcome attitude when he's confronted with these types of situations. Which this immediately became my fault for that piece being snatched off my car by their equipment and this became my total expense. There was not a ounce of concern, empathy or even an apology from anyone at ishine. I went in later that week to pick up my piece and spoke with Paige which was the name she gave me and ask her to cancel my accounts that I had. I will no longer need them. When try to give people business and they treat with disrespect. I will never suggest any one to ever go to this location. LET SOMETHING HAPPEN TO YOUR CAR AT THAT car wash ishine AND SEE HOW TREAT YOU BECAUSE ITS ALL YOUR FAULT.

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. I finally decided to go on a ride with my Neighbor who told me he wasn't going anywhere with me until I cleaned up my bike. I gave it my best, but there's a lot of chrome on that bike. I googled a few shops, but Randy's web page had a similar bike in several photo's, with a lot of chrome. Randy quoted a fair price (which I thought was a bit cheap) and came over to the house yesterday...spent a little over 2 hours taking a few parts off the bike to get to all the chrome and did a fantastic job. My neighbor joked that he thought I got a new bike. I'm going to have him do this for me once a year, but my wife now says he's doing here Denali next.

Ok I like giving people the benefit of the doubt and I hate leaving bad reviews but I need closure…read moreon this; let me start my saying the tint is high quality and good, but the installation was unacceptable, first off he left both of my dome lights on and I didn't notice it and parked it for 2 days since I couldn't roll the windows down and it killed both of my brand new batteries in my diesel. Luckily they recharged and didn't ruin them; then I'm driving and after some vibration his exacto knife thing falls from the visor on my new leather seat, luckily not stabbing it or my face!, then I asked for a custom cut visor tint to be legal, and it's just illegal now (see pic of DOT line) and lastly left another plastic tint tool in the truck. Cmon man tighten up.
