Anything that was wrong with the pool they would always blame us as if we were the ones cleaning and make us feel we were poor pool owners but they will fix with additional cost. As well knowledge of the app was very disappointing. I absolutely would not recommend and would say you're better off doing it yourself then deal with this headache. Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.

First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped
