I kept seeing ads for this place on FB and elsewhere and noted they had a pizza bowl (low carb) so I made sure to bookmark it. I finally got around to trying them a couple weeks ago and I wasn't disappointed. They pizza bowl was around $8 I think and it was two meals for me. I gave this pizza try the other day. I have been seeing more commercials for the pizza shop so I figured I would see what it was all about. I did not order the special they were running. I ordered a medium old world pepperoni pizza. With tax it came out to $14.59 for a medium Pizza. I did like the sauce, the crssd was also well prepared. Didn't feel like the amount of toppings on the pizza was appropriate for the extremely high price. I got a coupon in the mail for a free medium signature pizza. This is a crafty marketing strategy. I got hooked. The free deal required me to buy something at regular price so I got the garlic cheese bread. This was a good choice. I walked in and waited about 10 minutes for my order. The pizza has a hand tossed crust. The prep area is in full view of the front counter, so I watched the talented pizza chef toss my crust and top it. The pizza was hot and cooked to perfection. The toppings were abundant and evenly distributed. There is a generous amount of sauce. I like a saucy pizza. The sauce has a sweetness which works well with the seasonings. There is not too much cheese but just enough to get the melted strings when you bite into it. This pizza scores a 4 out of 5 for crust texture and sauce, cheese, and topping ratio. The cheese bread was good, but chewy. It had a nice flavor and came with marinara and ranch dipping sauces. It was a good deal along with the medium pizza. for $5.00. I also got a customer appreciation card to be punched every time I buy a pizza. The 10th one is free. So with this kind of deal and good quality, I will be making several return trips to Marco's. read more

Really good pizza. I like the PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO! Or the BIG CHEESE. If you like garlic butter ask for the garlic crust. They also have Salad and Wings. Check for online coupons or join their club for deals. Ask about their Carry out specials. Pizza Hut/Dominos are your typical pizza places in AZ so it was nice to try something better. Ordered through Doordash tonight... Not super impressed by the food. It was hot when we got it so that was good. The pizza was alright, nothing exciting and the sauce didn't have a lot of flavor. We had wings that I specifically ordered EXTRA crispy with sauce on the side... They weren't crispy but the sauce was on the side. I've been going to this location now for about 1 1/2 years, and I will break this down in a couple sections to help make the review an easier read. Restaurant- So the pizza place is in a little strip mall, and is normal in size relative to most pizza joints. It does have seating both inside, and out. The menu is large enough to read, and very simple to read. The restaurant has always been clean for me, so I have no issues with the inside at all. Service: I have always done carry-out, so I can't speak to delivery, sorry!! Though for their online site, it's amazingly easy to use. I also have signed up a rewards program with them, and I always get coupons for the pizza. Whether it be 3-7 dollars off my order. With the carryout service, they always open the pizza box to ensure that the pizza falls into your standards, and that makes me feel more comfortable about the quality of products.... Speaking of! Quality: I believe that Marco's is by far better than most chain pizza places here in AZ. I will go to them before the Papa. The cheese, the meats, everything is just amazing!! They use a three-cheese blend which tastes great. I always get the garlic oil on the crust, which probably is slowly killing me, but I don't care at all. They also serve wings, salads, dessert items, sandwiches, the list literally goes on and on. Overall: You really need to try this place. Usually I'm a fan of Marcos, but not this location. Didn't even get to eat. I placed an order online , twenty minutes later I got a phone call telling me unfortunately it was out of their delivery zone and they weren't able to bring it. My option was to come pick it up myself. I was confused as to why the app would allow me to choose that option and no one seemed concerned. Don't bother looking for a solution, staff doesn't care. So I have to admit that I am extremely confused. My fiancé and I pulled up at 9:20 PM on Monday, September 9. The print on the door says that they close at 11 PM, but when we pulled up all the chairs were stacked on top of the tables and the kitchen was being broken down by the two employees in the store. My fiancé walked in and asked the guy at the counter (purple hair) if they were still open. The guy replied "Uhhhhh.... Sure. What do you want?" My fiancé replied, " are you sure? Because it looks like you're closed." The guy proceeds to ask, "Well what did you need?" My fiancé said, "I am not sure yet, but if you guys are closing, I don't want to intrude. Are you sure you're open until 11?" And the guy replied, "Only on weekends." Even though the door says Mon-Thurs they close at 11. The guy didn't even know that their door sign said they closed at 11. He looked really confused with my fiancé asked him about it and then pointed to their door sign. Before we discovered Marco's, we thought we had to have the good pizza flown in from Oregon. We had tried multiple pizza places around the state looking for a great tasting pepperoni pizza. When we finally found Marco's we couldn't believe it; their specialty Pepperoni Magnifico is perfect with a great crust. We love how easy it is to order online, up to and including picking a delivery/pickup time! The rewards program is awesome and easy to use and everyone is very friendly. They severely messed up my order that was pretty simple and when i got my food it seemed old and like it had been sitting for a while. When I called to back to see what they could do for me, the manager had crazy attitude and called her coworker (young man at front of house) the "r" word and said it wasn't offensive when I asked her to not use that language with customers. i don't know if it was just because it was late at night or a bad night in general, but this restaurant is unprofessional and I'm honestly nervous to go back to even get my replacement food because of how rude they were, who knows what they'd do to my food now. not okay behavior from the manager at all ! 0/5 read more
