Now THIS is how a good "mom and pop shop" pizza should be!! We were QUITE impressed with the excellent quality ingredients on these pizzas! Thick fresh chewy mozzarella! The staff were awesome too. We visited on a Monday afternoon and were told their Monday special was BOGO free. Bonus! We got the Sweet and Spicy pizza that had the sweet and spicy honey drizzle. Yummy! But we got it on the side so we could adjust to our liking. We will absolutely go back, and you should too! read more

Saw this place in Yelp and had to try it! The customer service was great! Very polite and informative. We had the twisted pizza knots with pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños. Something that was a great cherry topper, was the basil they automatically added. The Cesar salad was delicious and fresh, and a good size to split with two people. We tried the wings, extra crispy, and it was delicious! It was pretty empty inside but there were many people getting orders to go, so they stay busy! This is probably the best pizza I've ever had and that is counting Maine, New York Chicago, California and Mesa, Arizona. It's fresh. The ingredients are fresh. Ordered for the first time from this place, got the pepperoni pizza muffins. Flavor overall was great but dough is under done and doughy on the onside making texture not so great. I love pizza. We came down to stay in Mesa from Oregon Jan.-mid April. This place, their pizza, the staff is off the charts. Best Pizza in This area hands down. Staff always greeted me every time and a couple remembered my name. I made several recommendations at the Resort Park I'm staying in and they would go and mention me. I was given several discount cards and a couple of times a $ value off future purchase. They are accurate, quick and pizza is piping HOT. Thank you TPP for the wonderful pizzas. Stopped here on my way home today to pick up some pizza for my husband and I! He likes to keep it simple, so we got a cheese pizza, cheesy bread, and I wanted to try the pizza muffins so I got those too! They said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes but it ended up being more like 35-40. For some reason their bathroom has no light as far as I could tell and it was pitch black so I had to use my phone light? Unless I was missing something haha. The pizza held up well on the drive home. Very good pizza! Pizza muffins are doughy but still yummy. Cheesy bread was good too, and all tasted good with my side of ranch. I use to love this place. It was always consistent. They just got new owners a couple of months ago. Initially when I ordered after this change things immediately felt like they were going downhill. I decided to wait a while because I know change can be hard but after this last time ordering I don't think I will anymore. The food takes an hour online and I use to think it was worth the wait but now when you arrive it takes like 10 minutes for them to figure out where your order is or finish cooking it. Whatever the case is, it just feels like an hour and 15 wait for 1 half pound of boneless wings seems excessive. Again, these wings were sooo good and now they're cold, dry, and soggy. Every time I've tried to order them I'm let down. They're going through changes inside as well.. looks like maybe a remodel? Either way I think the focus should be the food. It's just really sad. I loved this place but I'm done being a customer. read more

The saving grace here is that the chicken WINGS were quite tasty. The breading was crispy and the sauces were good. There's plenty of fruit, fried items (including a crazy good fried coconut sago balls that I've never had before), and desserts like full Melona bars. This means grabbing the banchan yourself, but I enjoy this to load up on my favorite kimchi items instead of waiting ages for seconds. The space is huge and clean, and service is friendly and fast. I also love the option to add AYCE hot pot for $5, though one option is more than satisfying. I'll definitely be back to try their hot pot since they seem to have a massive sauce bar with options (like my fave sha cha sauce!) that I haven't seen at other local spots.

They have the best cucumber kimchi I've ever had, and fantastic kimchi soup that's not too spicy. The beef belly and bulgogi were our favorite meats. Many of their options like the green salad, bulgogi, marinated ribs, and vegetables were not nearly as sweet as I often find them in other KBBQ joints, which was a great change. The service is great. I didn't feel waited on, I felt like I was just generally seen. There's a doorbell if you need something quickly. Otherwise all staff were super friendly and anticipated our needs with grill changes which was nice. The atmosphere is great. It's small and casual but very comfortable and upscale at the same time. It feels very relaxed while maintaining a high standard. The music is great (for us), all kinds of EDM at a good volume. And no TVs, which is actually nice - it let us focus on the vibes, the food, and each other. Many other parties were laughing and having a good time. Then from there they have a mini snack station with lemon water and plum juice to snack on if there was a wait. There were several various birthday balloons and signs for several seated booths. We were given wet wipes, hair ties, aprons. The tables come with a little stacked swivel shelves for putting more food so it won't crowd the tables. There was a station for making the sauces as well as rice porridge and some fruits. And there was a dessert station too. They offer all you can eat for $37 for set A or $47 for set B which is the premium. We selected the $37 AYCE. We chose mushroom and tomato soup base enjoyed pork belly, beef brisket, basa fish, Napa cabbage, enoki, corn, bean curd, and more. They have 3 options for Bogo free of the milk tea. A few staff came over to sing happy birthday and give a cheese cake slice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was so full and would happily come back again.

When this visit first started, I was honestly very disappointed. There were several moments during the ordering process that negatively affected our experience. I was repeatedly interrupted while ordering, my request to use the same soup base in two sections of the four-part pot for my child was denied, and after choosing the All You Can Eat option, I was immediately warned about leftover penalties before we had even started ordering. Those interactions made me feel more like I was being monitored than welcomed, which was very different from the level of hospitality I expected from Haidilao. Instead of ignoring my concerns, the dining room manager, Evi, took the time to listen to everything I had to say. I explained my entire experience, including my disappointment from a previous visit when I ordered a Zootopia promotion but was never told about or given the promotional gift. Evi was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to understand why I was unhappy. More importantly, the management acknowledged my feedback and told me they would review and improve these issues. They also generously comped our entire meal, which I appreciated--not because I wanted free food, but because it showed they took customer feedback seriously. After those initial issues, the rest of our meal was excellent. The food quality was great, and the service for the remainder of the visit was attentive, friendly, and exactly what I had hoped for when coming to Haidilao. Nobody gets everything right every time. What matters to me is how a business responds when something goes wrong. In this case, they listened instead of arguing, took responsibility instead of making excuses, and made a sincere effort to make things right. Because of that attitude, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I truly hope the improvements we discussed become part of the experience for every future customer, because that's the Haidilao reputation people come here expecting.

I love exploring local establishments for delicious treats like wings and pizza, and this place exceeded my expectations! The sauce-to-cheese ratio on the pizza was perfect, with neither ingredient overpowering the other. We ordered some basic pies, but they were incredibly tasty. The crust had a satisfying crunch, although I would have preferred the undercarriage to be slightly more cooked as it didn't hold up well when holding a slice. We opted for an online order, but unfortunately, there was no option to specify how we wanted the halves divided, which was a bit inconvenient. However, I was pleasantly surprised when a representative from the restaurant called me to inquire about our preferences. It was awesome to have that level of customer service, although it would be great if they could update their app to avoid such calls. Initially, the online estimate was an hour, but when they called, they offered to have it ready in just 15 minutes, which worked out even better for us. The staff provided excellent customer service both over the phone and at the restaurant. The restaurant was packed and it looked like a VERY clean restaurant! I highly encourage everyone to support this wonderful establishment - it's truly awesome! read more

Twisted Pies, the amazing family owned pizza place that I delivered for and ate their regularly is under new Ownership. The owners who bought it from the Pickell's when I worked there recently sold it to Jason. Jason is using the original recipes as The Pickell's. Jason & his staff have the same passion and commitment to Quality ingredients & Customer Service. Yesterday I bought a build your own Pepperoni & Mushroom pizza, I closed my eyes as I tasted it and it took me back to the delivery & dine in days I spent working there. They offer amazing lunch specials, .75 Wing night on Tuesday's, Boneless or bone-in, And a 20% discount for Veterans! Finally a delicious local Pizzaria is back, and it brings back all those great local dining feels like family feelings. AND they will be getting a Beer & Wine license in the near future. Just tried the lunch special at Twisted Pies Pizzeria and I was seriously impressed. The portions were perfect for lunch--not too heavy but still super satisfying. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and you can tell they use quality ingredients right away. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. Also ordered the boneless wings with waffle fries delicious down to the last bite. Service was friendly and quick, which makes it a great spot if you're on a lunch break. The whole place has a laid-back, welcoming vibe too. Honestly, for the price and quality, it's hard to beat. Ordered the large Spicy Italian and medium Margarita pizzas for dinner tonight and it was absolutely amazing! There were 5 adults and we had leftovers that will most likely be eaten by the end of tonight. From placing the order over the phone to eating their delicious pizzas the whole experience was amazing! It was delivered on a Saturday to our home which was right on the border of their delivery area in under 25 min. When they arrived the pizzas were hot, the soda was ice cold and the driver was very pleasant :) he came with gloves and a mask on and that was amazing! We found this place by accident. Best pizza we have ever had! The wings are crispy but yet baked for the last few minutes so the sauce is not all over your hands. The taste is to die for. We have told several family members about this place. Everyone has thanked us for recommending it to them. It would be nice to have a bill you are finished with your meal but other than that everything is wonderful. The owners are very nice personable and concerned that we are enjoying our meal. The young man that has been our server several times and delivery driver is the sweetest kindest server we've had in a long time. Keep up the good work. It keeps getting better every time. read more

This place is killer! I've never actually been inside but always have somebody go pickup the food for me. The pizza is very different......in a good way. I absolutly love it. The crust has a nice char on it, the cheese is great and the peperonis are large!!! I've also had the wings on wing day and they are very tasty even to go they are good and that's hard to do with to go wings. I would reccomend this for anybody who liKES good pizza. Also wanted to add that the topping on the pizza are all wonderfull. I'm excited to actually go sit down here someday and see how the service is. I'm sure if it's anywhere close to as good as their pizza I will love it. read more

Group of four went to Twisted Pies a couple of days ago after seeing an ad in the paper. All of us agreed that it was excellent. We had the Supreme Pizza and the white sauce with chicken and bacon pizza- can't remember the name but the chef used the freshest of ingredients and cooked the thin crust to perfection. This small restaurant doesn't have any frills or atmosphere, but we came for good pizza and got excellent! The chef was very pleasant coming out once to check out how we liked his pizza.
