I haven't had Marcos in years, I'm glad they have them in Arizona! I ordered delivery through Uber eats. They got started with it right away, it was ready with a quickness. I was shocked since it was a Friday night. I wasn't sure what to expect on the banana pepper cup, but it's about 2 peppers sliced up. And they arrived cold, which is how I wanted them! Well worth the cost! I really enjoy the taste of Marcos dough. The bread is of much better quality than your usual pizza delivery places. The tea was cold on arrival, and the cost is very reasonable. I enjoyed everything I ate, I ordered cheese bread but forgot to take a picture of it. Also, I'd like to mention the garlic sauce was really good! I was hesitant because the garlic sauce at a well known "papa" pizza place always tears up my stomach. But this garlic sauce did not have that effect at all! Loved this place! read more

First time customer here. I read an article about some of the best pepperoni pizzas from national chains. Marco's was on the list. My order was the old world pepperoni pizza with jalapeño ranch dressing. The pepperonis were crispy around the edges but soft In the center. There were a lot more than I expected. They were delicious. They were single and double layered on top of the cheese. Recently I ordered from a competitor and all of the topping s were buried. Usually I soak up the excess oil with a paper towel. If the toppings are buried, too bad. There wasn't a need for the paper towels at Marco's. Did they clean it up before I received it? I don't know. I asked for a couple of parmesan cheese packets. The very friendly server/cook offered to sprinkle the whole pizza for me. I declined but did accept a better offer. He drizzled the crust with garlic sauce and sprinkled parmesan on top of the garlic. I felt a little skeptical since the pizza was already cooked. No need to worry. It tasted excellent and there was no extra charge. The red sauce on the pizza had a touch of sweetness. It reminded me of mom's homemade sauce. Usually I'm fairly disciplined and know when to stop eating when I'm full. It was too good. Next meal time, I still felt full. The service and the food were both A-1 in my book. read more

The food is good but this time I order cheese steak sandwich it was cover with burnt cheese top to bottom and inform the manager and he said that usually happened, he was kind enough to redo it but I did not I just take out the burnt and eat half. The Queen Creek location did not disappoint! Delivered faster than expected. Pizza was hot & melty - tasted great! The salads were fresh & cold, and each one easily served three people. Don't listen to the one star reviews. They are the same people who go to a restaurant and yell at the poor 16 old hostesses because it gives them validation in life. I've consistently ordered from this place because their pizza is solid, they don't skimp on toppings, it has great flavor and the price is great. Ordered two pizzas. One with pepperoni and one with pepperoni and sausage. Fair amount of toppings on both, but I wish they had spent a few extra seconds distributing the pepperoni a little bit better even more so since it's pretty good pepperoni. Terrible customer service!! Ordered a carry out pizza on Labor Day. Showed up for carry out and the the lights were off and the open sign was turned off. Looked inside and no one was around. Looked closed to me. Called them the next day to get a refund (or just a pizza), and they claimed they were open, and that they were just in the back and that they couldn't give me a refund. I will never return. Not just because the seemed closed but because the person on the phone just wanted to fight with me about it. Terrible customer service. I ordered pizza and wings to be delivered at 5:15 PM to my house. It hadn't been delivered so at 5:30 PM I called the Marcos pizza store and was told by one of the workers that someone had picked it up and it should be at my house soon. I waited until 6 PM and then I called back and the same person answered the phone and told me it hadn't been picked up. He's looking at it and that he doesn't have enough workers to be able to deliver it so it's not gonna come to me. why didn't he call me and tell me long time ago. Unfortunately our experience with Marco's was not a good one. We appreciated the capability to order online. The order was timely. We were disappointed in two factors. First the wings were not good at all. If I had to guess, they use a purchased Buffalo sauce instead as of making their own. It wasn't even close to a real Buffalo sauce. Second, the server wore a mask below her nose. Obviously that voids any value or medical benefit. We will never return. I like their pizza. I'm a New York native of over 30 years, living in the east valley for 20 years. I'm definitely biased toward New York pizza, but I'm not a pizza snob, I'll try any pizza at least once. I had the supreme, and I liked it, fresh ingredients, baked just right, tasty. As far as national chain pizza places go, I would pick Marco's over Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Update: Upon arrival to Marco's for curbside pickup of our recent online prepaid $40+ curbside food order, evidently it had been given in error to someone arriving before us, driving a vehicle that did not match the vehicle details we provided when placing the order. The next day when we called Marco's to inquire about the mix-up, the response was simply "Nothing we can do". Our online account with Marco's reflects a history of nearly $3,000 spent at their establishment (not including any walk-in or called-in purchases). We obviously loved their food but in light of their lack of attention to detail and callous response we will never do business with Marco's again. read more

Placed order. Waiting 35 minutes and then headed to store to pick up. They had not even started the pizzas. This location use to be amazing. Not sure what happened. April 3rd, 2020 Just happened again. Marcos marks the pizza as picked up in there app as they are making it. I ordered a medium old world pepperoni pizza. With tax it came out to $14.59 for a medium Pizza. I did like the sauce, the crssd was also well prepared. I got a coupon in the mail for a free medium signature pizza. This is a crafty marketing strategy. I got hooked. The free deal required me to buy something at regular price so I got the garlic cheese bread. This was a good choice. I walked in and waited about 10 minutes for my order. The pizza has a hand tossed crust. The prep area is in full view of the front counter, so I watched the talented pizza chef toss my crust and top it. The pizza was hot and cooked to perfection. The toppings were abundant and evenly distributed. There is a generous amount of sauce. I like a saucy pizza. The sauce has a sweetness which works well with the seasonings. There is not too much cheese but just enough to get the melted strings when you bite into it. This pizza scores a 4 out of 5 for crust texture and sauce, cheese, and topping ratio. The cheese bread was good, but chewy. It had a nice flavor and came with marinara and ranch dipping sauces. It was a good deal along with the medium pizza. for $5.00. I also got a customer appreciation card to be punched every time I buy a pizza. The 10th one is free. So with this kind of deal and good quality, I will be making several return trips to Marco's. read more
