Immaculately decorated and I found out- they're not even done! We're planning on heading back soon to see it when it's complete and some new menu items are added. Ended up getting another pie (Godfather 16"), which took ~30 min. It somehow got olives added and it looked the same size as the 14". We were fine with this, but I'd check the order before leaving the next time. Lava muffins were smaller than pictured on their website, but the center was a perfect gooey mess. It's probably better they were smaller, because they are quite sweet. Super friendly staff, located in an unassuming plaza. Super local feel, and the design feels like a retro diner.

My wife and I decided to escape the heat and house and go to Happy Hour…read more We sat at the bar since there was no one there and the day shift bartender was so friendly. After enjoying a drink we settled on the Italian fries, which are addictive they come parm, truffle, parsley and a special aioli served hot it's just incredibly good. Each ordered our own pizza, my wife the pepperoni and I the Margarita done Napoletana style. They were amazing, dough was soft, easy chew, sauces were incredible. We both agreed this place has moved to near the top of pizza places in NE Mesa. What is incredible is no one was there, we had the whole place to ourselves, which we couldn't believe no one was there for a happy hour on a Friday. We will be back soon, you should try it, well worth it.

We went to Crave last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When we were seated, I let our…read moreserver know it was a special occasion. She immediately told us the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes (we arrived at 7:19 and they close at 8), which already made the experience feel a bit rushed. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, fries, and water. The salad and fries came out quickly and were good, but we waited until 7:52 for the pizza. During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave. Overall, the food was good, but the customer service and atmosphere really took away from what should have been a nice birthday dinner for my daughter. Very disappointing experience.

Our server Kaitlyn expressed to us when we went to put in our order; that they were running behind due to all the take out / pick up pies. Absolutely appreciated the "heads up" and so we got calamari as an appetizer, a caesar salad, lasagna & 2 meatballs to share and ordered a pizza, as we knew this would be that last to arrive. The Calamari was ok. The portion and looks were extremely inviting, just disappointed the batter had no flavor. Would have been nice to of had some type of season which would have made it far better tasting. A little garlic power, onion powder, oregano? Something to make it hit the taste buds. The meatballs were average. They were tender, but again a little more spice would have put them over the top! Salad was delicious and the lasagna is always good. We had zero complaints about when are pizza arrived as expected it to be late, yet worked out perfectly on how we had ordered. It was a bummer cause the crust was so thin it didn't hold up to the toppings. It was so thin we had to eat it with a fork. Too limp to hold, but still tasty. Our server was excellent, very engaging and was checking in at the right times. She even brought my husband a Cannoli for his bday. That's a bite of NY food for sure here! Outstanding! For it being one of their busiest evenings of the year (Halloween Night) and the demands of ALL the per orders we appreciated how hard the staff was working to accommodate ALL of that and those of us also in house.
