Always fast friendly service. Went to the gilbert location a few years ago and knew the quality of their food.

Definitely fans since we moved. In fact our first night of moving in back in 2019 we ordered Brooklyn V's and knew it would be our go to! We are glad to see them expand with the additional location in STV. We headed here after my daughter's ballet recital since it was on the way home. Definitely didn't disappoint. We love this place as each person can get their own favorite slice and not settle for one version/topping. I was greatly impressed by the kids Mac&Cheese! We avoid ordering that for a kids menu option; however, my nephews both did and it was not that cheap Kraft! I'll admit I was taking a look or two thinking about stealing a bite. We of course ordered three appetizers as our party of eight trickled in. Mozzarella sticks, Zucchini, and famous Garlic knots never disappoint! My only suggestion is they need more help. Only two girls running the front house, dealing with walk-in orders, pick-ups and so on. It's hard to be bitter about excellent service when you clearly see the poor girl working her ass off. Secondly, our party of eight had to fit into a booth for six since they didn't have the means to accommodate and only suggested that we sit at two different tables. Pepperoni/onion pizza had chunks of raw white onion scattered on top. It didn't occur to me to ask if the onion was red onion and if it would be baked along with the rest of the pizza! I heated it in the oven to see if I could get the onions a little less raw. Guess it's good there was at least some onion because the pepperoni and cheese had zero flavor; we have cafeteria pizza where I work that has more flavor than this. They have the best wings in town, the stromboli is wonderful and the cheesecake is so good but I can't eat at this location anymore due to the fumes from the nail salon next door, every time we would stop there we would leave with a pounding headache from the fumes, why it's even allowed to put a place like that right next to a restaurant I have no idea but it's a shame because I love this place, now I have to go to their other location in queen creek. read more

Ordered pizza on line said 30-35 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes from ordering on line. Counter help did not acknowledge we even walked in. Finally got the pizzas and one was missing. They had forgotten it and to then make it. While the other pizzas got cold. Missed a order a garlic knots. A rude girl from the back came out and made a rude comment about keeping the customer happy and handed us a order of garlic knots. Was in the restaurant for over a hour. This place has good pizza in Arizona and a decent setting or ambiance. The service overall was good as they're nice and professional. But most importantly the pizza was pretty flavorful and salad was a good portion. The pizza isn't the best I've ever had but it was still delicious as it had plenty of flavor. And the location for here is a bit of a pain to find. Plus with the shades down it may look closed when it's not. Check it out if you're near queen creek or mesa. read more

We ordered pizzas at 530pm, picked them up at 605, we got home opened the box up and the pizzas were burnt to a crisp, hard as a rock. We called they said they would remake them BOTH ( 6:30pm ) we got there around 645 as they said they would rush them. We then waited over 30 minutes. We got the pizzas at 715, I asked for a full refund as it's been over an hour and half, they said we can have the pizzas or a refund not both. This location has been absolutely horrible since they opened. Bad food, bad atmosphere, absolutely do not recommend this location anyone. read more

Im from NY & my husband is from NJ. Safe to say we are pizza snobs. BEST pizza we have had in Arizona. We rarely get pizza bc Arizona pizza just doesn't taste right and when we do we opt for artisanal pizzas or flat breads so we're not disappointed. We moved to QC recently and ordered pizza for our movers and had some left over so we tried it ...... we have Brooklyn Vs about twice a month now for our lazy dinner nights. Absolutely love the pizza and wings ! My in laws were in town recently and impressed too. Coming from a New Yorker this is as close as you can get to NY pizza in AZ. Absolutely amazing. We love Brooklyn Vs. excellent food always! We love the fried jalapeño ravioli, garlic knots, and Mac n cheese balls. Pizza is always fire! We recently dined in and BELLA was the absolute best part of our dinner!! What a great server- a true joy! She was so quick and hustled around the restaurant with a smile on her face as a busy dinner rush was there. Other perks are the Shirley temples and dessert! The owner makes delicious cheesecakes! I wanted to love this location. But it was a fail. Have been going to the QC location for a few years. Walked in San Tan- it was pretty slow. Only one other table was sat. No greeting whatsoever so after a few minutes I said hello and was told by Bella to wait, she's busy. That was her reply to my hello. After I asked the other server if this was typical for them, Bella complained about having to be on a phone call for 15 min while also having one table. Such a shame. I've been to Brooklyn V's many times before, but this was my first time in my neighborhood. Unfortunately the kitchen got my order wrong, which happens. No one is perfect. However the way the staff handled the mistake and the ownership of the error, was phenomenal. I know that I can return to this location despite the mistake because they care about their customers and getting it right. I want to give a shout out to Autumn! Some of the best New York style pizza here in Arizona. My husband and my son love New York style pizza (their favorite) and Brooklyn V's is as good as it gets. Savory and delicious, not overly greasy or sauced to death. Perfect ratio of dough, cheese, and sauce in every bite. Love the crust too. Have been ordering weekly from here as we always have pizza on our dinner menu. Service is great and love the authentic Italian feel the restaurant gives in food and decor. read more

Service is always good at this location, they do get busy sometimes so be patient as the food is worth the wait - I always enjoy a cheese pizza here the dough and crust is always good and they use good quality cheese always tastes good - also got a cheese calzone which was massive - dough was perfect light and airy filled with amazing melty cheese and their nice marinara. sauce to dip into is the delightful - so always check the cheesecake display as all cheesecakes are made in house and are amazing fluffy and silky - eat in take home treat yourself - take it from a guy who grew up on Long Island NY this gem in the desert does not disappoint - they have multiple locations as well and it is all consistently good at all locations - stop reading and look at their menu already and order !!! read more

I continually asked for a refund, spoke with a gal named "Bella" who said she was the manager that day. Promised me my refund. We drove 30 minutes to get here on the recommendations of a friend and when we got here the waitress named Bella was so rude and obnoxious with a nasty attitude and dimeanor that my husband had to talk me into staying. The food was good, but I was disappointed that they didn't have hot honey for the pizza as that is a popular trend right now. My husband typically tips over 20% but he gave her only 15% for the service. The food was good enough to go back to, but certainly not that location. read more

We had ordered from Brooklyn V's one other time. We went to a different, Queen Creek location. This was my first time picking up fromSantan. I had never been actually inside of one, usually just done pick up and sent someone else in. This time I called ahead and there was only a 25 minute wait on a Friday during supper time. The prices are pretty high for pizza here so I opted this time for a medium. That was more than enough for three people. I would say if you're trying to feed four I would get a large. We ended up getting a half cheese, half vegetable. It was absolutely delicious. Brooklyn V's has quickly become my favorite pizza spot in town. The place itself has only been open for a little over a year in this location, you can tell because everything is squeaky clean. Everybody was super nice there and there is plenty of indoor seating if you plan to dine there as well. I'll definitely be going back to this place. read more

I've been a huge fan since this location opened but the last 3 times, our visit finds service to still be excellent but the quality of food seems to be going downhill. Sausage and peppers sandwich keeps getting more and more greasy with every visit, and now you're telling me your increasing the price $5.00 higher because of the addition of horrible French fries? After being ignored at the pizza place across the street, we came here, glad we did. We were pleasantly greeted and seated upon entry, handed the menus and silverware. Our drinks were in front of us all within about 2-3 minutes. Great service, friendly and welcoming. We ordered 2 separate pizzas since the wife and I get very different things. I actually got what I ordered!!!! We've had a plague lately of never getting the pizza I order, it's really simple - Pepperoni, Sausage, Onion, extra sauce, well done. You'd be surprised, 9 out of 10 times it's wrong, but not here at Brooklyn V's tonight. The pizzas were fantastic and very filling, brought most of it home with us. The soda was good, tasted great and good fizz. Wife's wine was excellent. The waitress offered some desserts and the wife joked that she would sing happy birthday and the waitress offered some cannolis for free for my B-Day. awesome thank you!! The wife got the tiramisu and she loved it, being Italian she is pretty picky about her tiramisu..... The cannolis were crisp and flaky the filling was superb, 3 small ones on a bed of cannolis filling with chocolate drizzle. Really well prepared and presented. The ambiance was very comfortable, clean and well lit. Some music would have been a nice addition but unnecessary. Great job Brooklyn Vs, that's how to do it!! We placed an order with Uber Eats and they charged us double for a buy one get one promotion. Bella at Brooklyn V's told me that she would contact them for us. I never expect above and beyond today.... Not only did she contact them, but she left an adorable note on our salad box saying that she had taken care of it for us. I called her back when I saw the note so I could get her name for a review and she was so humble, thanking me and saying it was not necessary. Best customer service award goes to Bella!
