They have a wrap around bar, a lot of low level tables and high top tables. They also have seating outside. They had freezing cold AC blasting but also offered heaters for the outdoor seating in cooler days or nights. We were seated right away and the waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. Garlic and buttery, but not too strong. Crunchy on the outside amd soft on thr inside. Overall, this was a very strong showing. It's gonna be a problem for me that this place is 5 mins from my home. I will likely eat in or just do the by the slice to keep that strong crunch. I may ask for some jalapeño on the Hawaiian or barbecue chicken to get a little heat. I ordered two orders of meatballs (4 total) and only received 2. They did offer to remake the missing order, but I would've had to go back and pick it up, which wasn't convenient. When the mistake is on their end, there should be a better effort to make it right. They also didn't offer anything extra for the inconvenience. no complimentary order next time, just a credit for the two meatballs I never received, which is the bare minimum since I already paid for them. Between the repeated mistakes and the lack of real customer service, I won't be ordering from here again. There are plenty of great Italian restaurants nearby that get it right the first time, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

My wife was disappointed by the puny container used for the custom salad as well as the limited options for greens. My veggie pizza looked amazing and they added ricotta cheese per my request. (Mod Pizza doesn't carry ricotta anymore.) Flavor wise, I was disappointed with how bland my pizza tasted. Fortunately, the bites with fresh basil were flavorful. After two pieces, I concluded it was their red sauce which lacked flavor. They have limited indoor seating (three tables and a bar) but do offer outdoor seating too. The background music of pop hits was nice. One of the servers checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal which was nice. She also brought me a box.
