My family frequently orders pizza from Barro's and we usually love it, especially the cheese they use. My go-to pizza is thin crust with ricotta, ham, and meatball. I'm rating Barro's higher overall in this review because our past experiences have typically been great. However, our most recent order was disappointing. We spent over $50 on two one topping XL pizzas and 24 wings, and both pizzas were very overcooked. The kids wouldn't eat much of it, which was disappointing. I recommend asking for your pizza to be cooked a little less, especially if you have kids. On a positive note, we tried the wings for the first time and they were good! We ordered teriyaki and honey barbecue, both were tasty and not spicy, which was perfect for the kids. The teriyaki wings aren't as flavorful as the honey barbecue so if you like wings without a strong flavor, teriyaki is a good one to try. And wait on them when you have been standing there before they even walk in.The Door washer said I was here first she replied oh he has to order not even checking to see if I was as well picking up also but for myself.So if you want to cater to only Door washer I am fine with that. I like Barro's pizza. It is usually convenient and there are good choices of slice pizza ready to go. This place is ready for a good cleaning or a renovation. I like the opportunity to stop and grab a couple slices of pizza for lunch. Next time I would choose a different location or a competitor. The bench we picked is broken and falling apart. The soda machine selection we made distributed flat syrup. There is no paper towels available in the bathroom. This is gross, who wants to wash their hands and be forced to grab the door handle to get out of the bathroom. Then go your seat to eat with your hands after grabbing the door handle. My parents love Barro's. I've tried several locations and haven't found it to be any better than Little Caesar's. We order sandwiches and cheesy breadsticks for delivery a couple weeks ago. The sandwiches weren't horrible. The breadsticks tasted like what I'd guess the box they came in would taste like. They were burnt and dry. I couldn't taste any cheese. We ended up throwing them out. After a few minutes we tell them we're waiting on the wings and they say it'll be a few more minutes. We waited over an HOUR before I finally told them we didn't want them anymore. Better training for your staff. I ordered online (pizza, 6 wings, salad) half hr to pick up food. I showed up 25 mins after I ordered. When I went to the counter, there was one pizza in the warmer waiting for pickup. the staff person told me a few more mins - no problem. I watched 5 other pick up orders customers wait (patiently) for their food as well. The staff looked busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I watched as pick up orders were placed in the warmer without checking in with the customers that were waiting. Watched new tables get served their order. Overall I waited an additional 30 mins from my arrival. The others and I had to ask about status of our order. The food in the warmer began to get distributed. Guess what, the pizza that sitting there when I showed up was mine. Absolutely no follow up with the waiting customers. What did I pay for a lukewarm pizza, cold wings, and warm salad. When you offer sit down and online/pickup ordering, both of your customers are a priority. Train accordingly. read more

We will never return to this establishment. After playing in the kids area, my kids knees and hands were black with filth! I don't think they've cleaned their carpets for YEARS! Salads had a lot of bitter white core left in the bowl with brown lettuce that left it looking in appealing to say the least. Yeesh. Okay. So. I grew up going to Barro's every Friday with my family (not this specific location, but you get the idea). Because of that tradition, whenever I crave pizza, Barro's is typically my first choice. My friend and I decided we needed pizza today, so naturally, we ordered from the closest Barro's. We tried to order via the website, but it kept crashing. I tried ordering via the app (FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES) and it crashed every single time. So we tried the website again, and it finally worked. Once the order was submitted, I got the confirmation email and all was well. ...Until we had been waiting an hour and a half for delivery. So we're waiting and waiting and waiting [insert pee-wee herman gif here, lol] and finally we decide to call. The restaurant couldn't find our order at first, but finally located us and assured us it was in the way. The delivery address was only a few miles, but it took another 20 minutes for our order to arrive. The driver seemed frazzled and gave us a hurried "sorry for the wait" as he gave us our food .... that was cold, by the way. On top of that, our order was wrong. We ordered a thin crust pizza and that is definitely not what we got. So my me, my friend, and her 2 kids ate mildly soggy, cold pizza with the wrong kind of crust because the restaurant couldn't figure out their lives quick enough. I decided to order a pizza at this Barro's location because I am currently taking care of a sick family member. I looked up this location on Google to make sure that they are taking precautions against COVID-19. Their profile on Google said that masks are required. I walked in to the Barros to pick up my pizza order, only to find that none of the staff were wearing masks... There was no glass partition at the register either. As a healthcare worker, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of precautions in place... I immediately regretted ordering from this Barros. On another note, the maskless cashier was not friendly either. The lack of precautions tells me that Barros does not value public health & safety. I will no longer order pizza from Barros. Ordered online and was told 25 minutes which was confirmed by email. Go to pick up and was told it would be 10 more minutes. After 57 minutes (32 minutes longer than promised) my pizza was ready but now they can't find my wings. A few minutes later my wings show up but was obvious they were sitting around because the wings were cold. I even tipped when ordering which you should never do here because service is bad. I wish I would have read reviews about how they never have orders ready on time. As said before not all barrows are created equal but that wasn't the issue today. I'm pretty sure it's all barrows, but I am hoping they will read this and either adjust their computer or train the teens to do things differently. You can buy 12 wings for $15 or 6 wings x2 for $16. $1 difference right? Well I can either buy 12 wings with one sauce or 6 wings 2x with 2 sauces. You can't buy 12 wings with 1 sauce. Can someone please explain the logic here? My family needs 2 different kinds of sauces to share but I'm not going to pay $1 more for something I'm not getting extra.
