The cook on the pizza was done really well and the crust was airy and light! It was a great size for sharing. But if you're super hungry, then don't share! Ha!! I've eaten here quite a few times in the last few years and the pizza was always hot, fresh, and with good portions for toppings. Unfortunately this trip was an exception. When you order a MOD and pay $15+ dollars for it you expect to have the quantity of toppings you want on the pizza. I only asked for mozzarella, pepperoni, and italian sausage and they put such skimpy portions on there I asked that they put more. Well she did put more but only a few extra pep / sausage. In other words just enough to say she put more on the pizza. I counted and I had 1.5 pepperonis per slice and 2 Spicy Italian Sausage balls on each slice. It was as if she was following strictt instructions not to put more than was absolutely necessary to get me to pay for it. I was very disappointed. There are so many other options for pizza these days, that it just doesn't make sense to spend $15.00 for a pizza that basically has cheese and a few pieces of meat on it. So, I won't be going back to this specific MOD Pizza anymore. I think the word I would use is "stingy." I sincerely hope this review helps anyone else who may be thinking of going here. read more

This is my 3rd time giving mod a try and definitely will not be back. It's always a crew of men working that very much appear to not want to be there. I came in 2.5 hours before close and immediately as I walked in the one male said "what do you want" very unfriendly and no greeting. Every crew member is only focused on closing even the one making my pizza even though they have 2 and a half hours left to close. He was even holding my pizza in one hand and using the other hand to top it, he couldn't even set it down. I asked for my pizza extra crispy and the cheese doesn't even look cooked it was in the oven for maybe 3 mins. And it is so loaded with toppings I can't even pick up a piece without everything sliding off. Definitely will not be back! Hope others don't waste their time and money as well! read more

MATT- Boy talk about bad customer service... this review is written specifically for Matt, the GM. We ordered two pizzas (a regular and a mini) and drove to the restaurant to pick them up. We were given two boxes- one mini and one regular and drove home. When we got home and opened the lid to the pizzas - BOTH were wrong. I called the location and was immediately met with an aggressive accusational tone by Matt. He said- well you drove away with two pizzas and you only ordered one. He then said we drove away when we knew we had the wrong order and if we looked at the receipt on the box it doesn't even say our name or order. Basically accusing us of "getting away with an extra pizza". You know what is more annoying then getting home with a messed up food order? It's getting accused of trying to swindle the place you ordered it from. It's actually funny! Anyway, MATT, I'm going to write this one off as YOU are having a bad day but as a GM you have seriously failed. Every single visit, without fail, comes with every single table being dirty. There will be 2 to 4 employees behind the counter and yet not one of them can wipe down a table. Why should customers have to come in and wipe down their own table to eat their food on a clean surface? I'd like to know when I can start collecting my tip for being a busser. Here we go again. I haven't been here in months. The app is easy to use and I ALWAYS put extra pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. When I hit home what they think is extra is NOT what nothings extra. How can this be??? I have 1 pepperoni on each slice, 2 mushrooms and 4 black olives. That is less than a normal order. I also love that you can choose as many toppings as you like for one low price, and toppings are quality. I come here often because it's one of the few places I get no complaints about from my family. It's nice that everyone gets their own pizza with whatever they want on it so everyone is happy. Man this place just isn't as good as fired pie. The cheese is kind weird and soft, flavor of the sauce is very good and the ingredients were just ok. Mod Pizza is really good. However, this location has gone massively downhill. We used to come in every Tuesday for lunch for the pizza and draft special. They dropped that a long time ago and we just kept coming because the pizza was good and the employees were nice. For many months, however, they've been going downhill. Just tonight it was a 40 minute wait - including 20 minutes after I got to the store following an online order. If you're familiar with Mod, you know that's pretty ridiculous. In fact, there were customers ordering at the counter getting their pizzas before me even while I was waiting in the store from before they walked in. So, you can take a shot - it's usually pretty hard to screw up pizza. But I would only order in person to make sure it is accurate and on time. read more

Wife brought home a " large" pizza and large Caesars salad. Thin crust tasted pretty good, mushrooms and sausage good, but sparse. Other places pizzas are about twice the size of these. Salad was good, a bit too garlicky for our taste, but seemed fresh and crisp. Nothing wrong, but nothing to return for. A note to those like ourselves who don't want animals near our food....the young couple ahead of my wife in line were carrying a little doggy. Not a service dog, just a little doggy. We had to burned some time here, because I'm waiting to pick up my other son from his friends house. It is dinner time already so we dine-in as usual. As I was reading the menu, I noticed that the Pizzaz went up on prices since minimum wage had gone up too. I usually order the mod size, which is their regular size pizza or you can say their medium size pizza. Now, for the fun part, is that I get to pick all the toppings I wanted on my pizza from whatever they have in front of me. I honestly get happy picking! so, I seriously picked probably 80% of their different toppings to put on my pizza! In my pizza dough, I start with the... White sauce, pesto, garlic, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese and here's the list of the rest of it! :) **Meat- sausages, grilled chickens, pepperonis, bacons and Canadian bacons. **Vegetables- red onion, bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, pineapples, olives, roasted garlics, artichokes, more olives and diced tomatoes. **Seasonings- Italian blend, rosemary and salt and pepper with olive oil. Cooking in the fire oven is well done since my pizza came out to be gigantic with filed up vegetables and I like it a bit crispier than usual so, I just let them know that. Once it's done, they will call for your name...When I pick it up, I asked for my fig balsamic dressing. I paired my customized pizza with caramelized pear tea and sometimes I when I'm craving dessert, they will have a No Name Cake. I don't ever finish my pizza due to its being overloaded with goodness! Off course, I'll have some of my left over later when it's deliciously customized by me :) Dining area and bathroom can be cleaner, otherwise the employees are friendly and they have great customer service! I asked for extra cheese, I literally got maybe five to ten strands of cheese thrown on. I asked for jalapeños and they were ALL put on one side only. My family visits this location quite frequently and usually has good experiences, but I have to say that the past two times I have ordered online have been severely disappointing. A few weeks ago, I ordered three pizzas online to be picked up at 12:15pm (I had to pick up my kids from school at 12:30pm.) Arrived just as the employee pulled the third pizza out of the oven and discovered that he burned it. While they did make a third pizza, I was late picking my kids up from school since I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be made correctly. Tonight, I ordered three pizzas online for a 6pm pickup. Arrived at 6pm and the employee handed me two pizzas. I said, "That's great, but I ordered three." Page 2 of my order was still stuck to the wall. So again, waited 10 minutes while they made my third pizza. No offer for maybe a discount or even a soft drink while I waited. I arrived home with three pizzas but now noticed that one doesn't even have all the ingredients on it! It was enough to get online and write a review. Online ordering is supposed to be a little more convenient than having to wait in what is usually a pretty decent line. I could have saved time by waiting in that line and making sure my pizzas were made correctly. read more

I come to this MOD once a week for a MOD sized custom pizza, small salad, no name pie (Ding Dong like chocolately goodness) and the blackberry lemonade. I generally arrive before the dinner crowd around 4pm and have always had good service. This amount of food will serve me for 2 to 3 meals and the bill is about $20. I recommend customizing your pizza but some of the menu pizzas are really great as well. The Calexico is especially good if you are craving something spicy and filling. The Maddy is a great basic pizza if you eat in. My favorites are to add whole roasted garlic cloves, fresh basil or the balsamic drizzle at the end. I also like adding kalamata olives vs black olives. I wish there was a frequent visitor program, because I come so often. read more
