I go to this JJ all the time and I am always pleased with my service and meal. They are fast and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I always get the Vito, it never fails me. The bread is fresh and ingredients are yummy. We always take these sandwiches we travel since they are easy to bring and affordable. This experience was probably the worst I've had on our entire 6 week trip. The poor girl working here and doing everything needs to find a new job. The two guys working the same shift as her were not pulling their weight AT ALL. There were 7 of us standing around at some point. How pathetic? My sub is over toasted. I waited almost 30 mins and when receiving my subs for my husband and I, I told the guy who just walked in that he should just leave because it's a mess. To top it off, I asked for no peppers on my sandwich, the guy that made my sandwich obviously doesn't know how to read either. I asked for my lettuce and tomato on the side because I needed to take it home to toast it since I'm pregnant, and they tried to charge me extra for that. This JJ has gotten really bad. My wife ordered a Turkey meal combo yesterday. $17 plus the guilt tip on the machine. The meal was not worth 10. The sandwiches have gotten smaller! Bread, dry. Vegetables were skimpy and old. Just terrible. Next time, we'll drive to Ikes sandwiches. I do not mind paying more for their's. I have been in the store an have them deliver to my house. I just want to say that aren't just freaky fast they are a group really good people. Staff is always friendly and on point. And of course the food is always good I've never had anything from here that was fresh and just they was I ordered it. But what I really wanted to put in this review was about a week ago my wife and I had a couple of sandwiches delivered and we normally pay online but I guess my wife forgot and we didn't have any cash when the guy got to our house and he gave us the sandwiches and then returned to the store and called us back and we paid it over the phone which makes me believe that there are good people in the world. He could've kept the sandwiches and made us come to the store and get them but anyways good guy. ThIs location is not freaky fast it was freaking slow today. I ordered my sandwich at 12:02 and received it at 12:15. There was a large box order being prepared, but it was lunchtime on a Monday and they need to be prepared for these things. if i could give 0 i would. i ordered and had a THREE HOUR WAIT and called three separate times before finally hearing from management. i was told it would be remade and personally dropped off by a manager (it never came) and then came to find out the GM Martell was the gentleman that was supposed to drop it off to begin with. Martell then CALLED me saying he personally dropped it off and when i said that people do make mistakes and i don't have my order he proceeded to say "you're right, people do! but i truly believe i made no mistake" accusing me of receiving the order. he then proceeded to say my business is not welcome (after never having any issues before!) and that he would be blocking my number from the store. i told him i don't care about his sandwich's or his store and hung up because that treatment is ridiculous. it was as simple as remaking the order to begin with not playing phone tag and throwing accusations. i also never got a refund OR my order. FUNNY UPDATE: the neighbor from across the street got home and stopped by to drop off a sandwich that was delivered to his house under my name. it then dawned on me this was the first sandwich that the GM Martell supposedly dropped off to begin with but "i truly believe i made no mistake." and the best part ITS ALL ON RING CAMERA. the lesson here is maybe we don't accuse people of things and just make it right to begin with as a manager. (i ordered the sandwich at 11:39am and didn't receive it til 4pm. as it was sitting outside that whole time it went straight into the trash after saving the receipt.) read more

This location has horrible customer service. I was overcharged for my order and I asked the lady to repeat the order...she went ahead and got so mad and said "Oh My God!" When I asked her to go over my Receipt again. I ordered one combo and an extra sandwich, but she charged me for two combos. She continued to argue and being rude. I will not be visiting this location again. I suggest training on customer service for your employees. I'll be going to Jersey Mikes from now on. I think her name was Gigi and blonde.
