The staff were friendly and the service was good. Hubby got the reuben & fried pickles. Our son got the fried pickle pub burger with cheese curds & a strawberry shake with extra strawberries. Our daughter got a kid's cheeseburger meal with a mixer with blueberries & raspberries. I got a chicken sandwich added American cheese with cheese curds. Hubby liked his sandwich, but said the pickles were't very great. He said the had a light dill flavor. Our son liked his burger, curds & shake. Our daughter liked all her food. First time here and last. The young lady at the drive thru explained that a concrete was like a DQ blizzard? she didn't greet me or say thank you. Maybe she was having a bad day? The concrete I asked for was cookie dough and the ice cream was good but the cookie dough tasted old. It also had blue dye something in it. The burger was luke warm and the top bun was hard. I wanted to check out Culver's so while I was in the neighborhood so I came in. It's a fast joint. What do I compare it with? Well, McDonalds and such of course. The inside is clean, it was not overly crowded but there were some foot traffic. I didn't feel like a burger so I ordered the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich combo. It came with crinkle cut fries, a drink and of course the cod sandwich. The crinkle cut fries reminded me of school, something I always got from the cafeteria. A nostalgic feeling but as to the fries itself, well, it's just alright. The Atlantic cod sandwich was decent, it's got a nice size and the crunch the way they fried it is just right. Compared to your filet o fish, this is definitely at a higher quality on the fish itself and it is very apparent. But the way they place it in the burger is kind of interesting as it is being mixed with very little sauce, cheese and lettuce. The taste is fine, but I really think they should put more tartar sauce into it. I think just making that minor adjustment will definitely blow their competition out of the water. Soda? Well, you get it, just soda. They had a TV playing up the origin of Culver's from Wisconsin. I watched it and it was interesting. They also sell ice cream and it is heavily advertised but I didn't see anyone get it. I wish them well and by them refining their food continuously that they become another competitor in the food options we get. Next time maybe I'll try their burger? I guess it just depends. As a Milwaukee Wisconsin native and longtime Culver's fan, I know exactly how a ButterBurger and a fish fry should taste. Unfortunately, this Chandler location consistently misses the mark. We've visited multiple times over the last year and a half, and the quality is hit-or-miss at best. On several occasions, the North Atlantic Cod has been soggy and undercooked. We recently tried the Walleye, which was greasy and tasted far from fresh. Even the ButterBurgers have been disappointing lately--frequently served burnt with beef patties that peel apart in odd layers. This is the only location where we've encountered these issues, which is a shame since it's our local spot. I really hope they can get their kitchen standards back to the Culver's level I know and love. read more

If for nothing else, I would go for their custard ice cream. Usually it is very smooth and creamy. I like it best with hot fudge or brownie. So delicious! Their mixers are pretty good too. You can't get it with brownies or hot fudge though. The mixers are select candies that can be mixed into their custard ice cream. The hamburgers taste fresh with not a lot of seasoning and I like that. The fries are alright but I have had better. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. You get a little number placard for your table. It is half table service and half order at a register. I like knowing when a restaurant is table service or "order at a register". Not sure what all the different types of restaurant pay and order styles are. Some are reverse of what I described. Stopped by for a really late dinner Friday night and the drive thru was poppin. We opted to dine in and there was other people dining in as well. The cashier was SOOOO friendly. She took our orders and then was the one to bring us the food to our table. She offered to get us condiments, after dropping our food off. We got up to order a second time after we were done with our meal to order some dessert and again she was really nice. I didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond with her customer service. The food was good as always and tasted fresh. The fries are always a hit and these were no exception. Our vanilla brownie bits custard was delicioussssss. Culver's is a great chain and the food is always fresh and reasonably priced. We have found the restaurant is always in good condition and they do a nice job of rotating in seasonal items. The kids meals in particular are a good value and include frozen custard for dessert. I like that they deliver the food to your table when it is ready and have had good luck with the veggie burger and cod sandwich in particular. Great family burger place! Been coming here since this place opened a few months back -- My kids and wife love it (which is hard to get them to agree on). The owner Zack is always on-site and making sure everything comes out correctly. The burgers all have great flavor, the buns are amazing, their fries aren't too greasy either.
