As a brand new customer to Culver's I can say I'll probably never be back, which is unfortunate since I live so close. We went for drive thru ice cream.. I let them know I had never been there before when she suggested something about my order, so agreed even though she did so with an attitude... I paid and she still had an attitude... then the person that handed me my ice creams had a nasty look on her face and said nothing to me except here you go.. customer service here in this short encounter was atrocious... I was being kind... I didn't deserve that treatment. How sad. read more

This is one of my go-to drive thru places since COVID-19 started. I prefer the food and service at Culver's over the other chain with frozen custard and steakburgers. I have tried many items on the menu and you can never go wrong with a Butterburger and fries. The burger is filling enough I can get away with order a single patty, if I order a double patty it stretches to 2 meals. The fries are great here, crispy crinkle cut type and always fresh. I regularly order fried shrimp or the battered cod dinners which come with fries and another side, I usually choose the coleslaw which I am a fan of. You have to wait a little longer for these items to cook, but no big deal because Culver's has perfected the drive thru with spots to park in while you awaiting your order instead of holding up the line. I am a big fan of the parking spots because I usually end up BEHIND a car ordering $100 worth of food. I have ordered the reuben sandwich a couple of times, which is just okay. There are better places to get a reuben. Salads are kinda expensive and I don't recommend getting them here. There is nothing special about salads. This is one of the few places in town you can get fried cheese curds but they were too hard and gummy for me. I have eaten the real deal in Wisconsin and Midwest so I opt for fries instead. You shouldn't leave Culver's without indulging in the frozen custard, adds a small amount to your bill but they offer so many coupons, many times they are free! FYI, their chocolate milkshakes are made with vanilla custard base and chocolate syrup. It was super thick and barely drinkable through the straw which is the way I like it!! Although it ended up being good, I was expecting a chocolate milkshake to be made with chocolate custard as the base. Next time I will ask if this is an option. read more

The Alaskan Cod dinner appeared to be overcooked and had an off putting smell. There was evidence of black specks on fish which is an indicator of old/unchanged cooking oil as well. The server ignored my comment about the food and walked off. Literally, just walked off. read more

Visited tonight for an ice cream and cheese curds treat. Culver's custard is very good. Stuck with Strawberry as my standard go to. Nice and cold. Good flavors. Nice service. Curds were not as git as they usually are. I think they were cooked earlier and sat out. Lame. The service is always pretty food. Lots of young people working there and that's great! ran into the owner Zax Russell (sp?)at this store and he was beyond rude. I frequent this store 2-3 times a month and have been since it was built. I live down the street so it's close. My take out order was wrong and items were missing from my meal. I called the store and spoke with a really nice manager. I was told whenever I can back they would make it right. I returned a week and half later and had the displeasure of meeting the owner . he actually told me to make up my mind when I pushed back on a incorrect order (once again). my order was still not correct, I caught some things at the store but when I got home an item was missing. I called the owner to provided feedback on my experience. It was not a pleasant conversation and declined free food. I will never patronize this store again or his other store on Peoria AZ. the atmosphere was horrible when he was there, the employees looked as if they were being held hostage instead of the jovial attitude I'm accustomed to at this location. Juicy, tasty, burgers. Onion rings good, too. No excess, crumbly, breading. Frozen custard treats are delicious, as well. You order at the counter, and they bring your food to your table. Quick drive thru experience, friendly staff, and tasty food. The deluxe burger comes with nice thick cut pickles which I really appreciate. The bun is fluffy, and the patty isn't too salty. My husband and I got a craving for a burger. I am not a fan of the regular fastfood burgers. Their burgers are always so thin and tasteless. So we decided to try Culver's after passing by it so many times. It was fabulous! The burger is so tasty and it's big enough to hang off the edge of the bun. I went to culverts and got treated horribly. A lady, who wasn't standing in line-out, got in front of me and just started asking questions, not ordering anything. One of the criterias of this place for being hired is you must not be able to take orders correctly. I very seldom order something and it's right. Sad thing is I order the same thing everytime. The menu has butter burger and another item is butter burger with cheese. Every time I order a butter burger and tell them no cheese and every time I get it with cheese. I looked at the receipt thinking it is probably the people in the kirchen can't read but no, it's the person that takes my order and hears me say NO Cheese but still puts it in with cheese. Service is very poor, waited over 15 minutes for drive thru order. The order was incomplete and cold... the drive thru is insane with 3 lines of cars and servers taking orders to wrong car. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating but in order to post this I have to rate it something. Worst experience ever! I ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal and it came up to about $18 dollars. Talked to a manager about them possibly making Mistake and he said "nope no mistake" that's the price... The food is always great and exactly what I ask for! Tonight though, I ordered at the drive through at the speaker as usual and told them there would be two separate orders and clearly stated which was which. Then I got to the window and there was this young lady named Victoria who was helping me at the drive through window and she was absolutely so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. She told me the price and asked for my card and I then asked if the bill was spilt like I asked, and she proceeded to get mad AT ME that it wasn't split even though I asked for it to be at the speaker. She continued to roll her eyes and me though I was being patient and kind to her. I like the burgers & have been stopping by sometimes. But today I decided I won't go back. The owner was running the drive thru window (wish I caught his name but his tag did say owner). When I pulled up, he rudely said to one of the employees (who I believe is mentally challenged) 'just get out of my way' (the employee was standing close to the window.) This owner is obnoxious. I hate to give a low score to this Culver's especially I would rate their food above average than other fast food place. But they don't invest their money in staff training and customer services. They keep hiring these youngsters who don't listen to customers or are unable to pay attention to their job. Along with other food items, I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for an extra tartare sauce for take out. When I got home, there was no extra tartare sauce. As you may agree with me that although the fish fillet is generally fresh , they have almost no seasoning. Adding extra tartare sauce would be a perfect sandwich. I would keep buying it. I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. I live down the street from this location and our family of 4 have been here for about 10 times now. The place always look clean and organized. We always felt welcomed and the staff always check in to ask how we are doing after the food are brought to our table. The food quality have always been consistent and up to the same standard as the other locations I have been to within the valley. Came into the drive thru at 3:00 pm on 12/13. Simple order. Everything should go smooth. The girl who took my debit card was nice, but when she handed me my drink, I grabbed it, and immediately soda is spilling all over my hand, all over my jeans, I have to set it down. Gets all over my passenger seat and inside my cup holder. I get no apology from the women, and didn't even offer me napkins to clean up her mess. All this soda spilled out and the cup is still full! I just spent $250 getting my seats deep cleaned and now I have beautiful Dr. Pepper stains on them. Thanks for the wonderful experience. The food was good, but if I want my seat stains and soda all over for me, there are much cheaper options. I won't be back to this location. read more

We have only had the burgers, fries and concrete mixers. All are great. If dining inside, you place your order then it is delivered to your table. The service here has always been exceptional. Culver's has good fried shrimp. That's why I go. Other family members like the burgers and chicken tenders. The custard is ok. The fries are ok. The onion rings are good. They usually get the order right, plus or minus various sauces on the side. Drive thru is usually pretty quick too. Employees are friendly. Safe bet. read more

My second visit. On my first visit I got "talked" to at the drive thru window for asking to have the ketchup in my bag. Apparently they are not allowed to do this. I learned my lesson. This time I asked for ketchup when placing my order. On this visit I got a single butter burger, cheese, onion and tomato, small fries and a rootbeer. The rootbeer, at least half the cup was foam. The fries, not bad. Could use a bit more salt. The burger, cooked well done, no flavor. A little salt and pepper please. The drive thru, paint some lines. I was almost in a collision by a car going the wrong way. The other driver entered the drive thru lane going the wrong direction to get to the other side. Bad idea. I backed up, he proceeded. Came here as was craving some custard. Excellent customer service... bought the 4 pints for $10. They did not have my flavors in the freezer so they graciously made me 4 pints right on the spot. 2 chocolate custard, 1 dark chocolate custard and 1 vanilla. Yummy for the family. read more
