My first stop at in n out! It was definitely busy to say the least! I have wanted to visit in n out for what feels like an eternity. Very happy I finally had the chance while visiting out of town. This location was packed around 3, and we were lucky to find a seat. Customizing The meal with a highlight and my expectations were happily met on my first visit here!

So up off by Efrain the cashier, I was just there at 02/15/2026 at 12:24pm. I walked in and the chandler PD who was in front of me told me to go ahead of him. I got the to cashier and very abruptly he said, you need to go over there. Then the cop walked up and he said to him, "how can I help you, Sir?" I was appaulled by this behavior on your cashier Efrain. So I was not a nobody that he felt he could just brush me off? I never go inside and now I know why. The boy that waited on me was very pleasant his name was Rajat SE. I was check #95. Perhaps Efrain needs a little customer service refresher course? We are all equal, being a cop does not give them preferential treatment. Especially when he told me to go ahead of him. Won't come inside anymore if that is how customers are going to be treated by your staff.

So excited to enjoy another In and Out Burger during our Arizona trip! So delicious and fries are amazing! Hamburger is the best with grilled onions and lettuce, tomato and lettuce! Service is great and atmosphere inviting!

Our monthly visit was perfect and the staff and food was great.

Staff was fun and enjoyable to talk with. We ate indoors where it was very clean and organized. Our food was a 10+ and hot. We will return next month

I grew up eating In-N-Out every time I visited my family in California. I'm so happy to have seen it on the map while I stayed in Phoenix for a short while. Truth be told, you won't get the same value AND quality at any other fast food chain... In-N-Out does it best! I ordered the double double protein style. Protein style = exchange buns for lettuce wrapped burgers. Double double = two patties and cheese. I added tomato and onion to mine, with animal sauce on the sides. Altogether, that was $5.46!! So amazing, I was satisfied after having not so great fast food the other day before having this. The service was great, and someone even came over to clean the table when I noticed it was quite dirty. My food came out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this spot!

Never disappoints. I love In N Out. The quality is great and the vegetables are fresh. Adding chopped chiles gives the burger a nice spice. We always get the fries well done and whole grilled onions on our double doubles.

Tonight we had In N Out. All double double burgers animal style and one order of animal fries. None of us care for the fries unless it's animal style. We usually only get the burgers and shakes. Service is always great, they just need better fries in my opinion.

It's what a hamburger is all about. In-N-Out is burgers, fries, sodas and shakes. True, In-N-Out has a short menu. When you do something so right, an extensive menu is not needed. In-N-Out locations are always busy. There isn't time for the food to be anything other than fresh. Shhh... it's a secret. In-N-Out has a secret menu. This includes things like animal style burgers and fries, 3×3s or 4x4s, and neapolitan shakes. Animal style burgers are mustard, grilled onions, pickles, and extra special sauce. Animal fries are fries with added grilled onions, cheese and special sauce. Neapolitan shakes are just as they sound. Rather than one flavor, all three flavors (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate,) are in one shake. 3x3s and 4x4s are that many patties and cheese. In-N-Outs all have the same red and white interior. It is a simple and clean aesthetic.

Always going in and never wanting to go out! We love In-N-Out who doesn't love a good quality juicey burger with animal style fries and extra animal sauce! Just looking at this photo makes me want to have 10 of these burgers! The service is always amazing and the ambiance is so fun and it makes you want to eat there and be happy!

Yummy, freshly made "fast food." Delicious burgers and fries "animal style" which included sautéed onions and a thousand island-tasting type of sauce. The potatoes are made into fries right in the open kitchen. It is clean and has plenty of parking. They also accommodate most common allergies and sub out buns for lettuce buns, if needed.

Sometimes I get that late night craving for a double double and fries and I have to satisfy it. I grew up going to In-N-Out Burger. Before they opened up restaurants in Arizona, stopping at one on a road trip to Cali was a family tradition for us. I rarely eat fast food anymore, but In-N-Out is the one exception for me. This In-N-Out Burger is a few minutes from me and right off the 101 in Chandler. It is a pretty busy location being so close to the mall and having so many businesses nearby. The restaurant itself is usually pretty clean and the service is quick. I love how In-N-Out has always kept their menu simple. I'm not really into the secret menu stuff and usually just get a double double with onion and fries. If I am good boy that day, I might throw in a shake.

Ask the Community - In-N-Out Burger

    Any vegetarian/impossible burger options available?

    Lettuce wrapped burgers!!!

Any tips to stop the cheese on animal style fries from congeeling so quickly. Or any tips to prevent animal style fries from getting hard too quickly in general?

There is no real way. I actually really enjoy that the fires are a little hard(crispy$

Do they offer more than one size fries and shakes?

They only have one size for french fries and shakes on their official menu. However, many insiders say that it is possible to ask for a larger sized "off menu" shake.

The cauliflower were tangy and spicy. Definitely a good choice to stop in when in Chandler.

When I arrived and spoke with spouse he had already been waiting 20+ minutes. When I checked in with hostess to see if there had been any changes I was promptly schooled that "he was told "XYZ" and there's one table ahead of us still... I disregarded that vibe, figured because it was "busy" or because it was "Saturday evening" and everywhere is busy... I felt the senior hostess was curt when I inquired about the status of our wait, so I tried to brush it off. Just inefficient all the way around. From seating and neglecting to ask about seating preference (could there have been a shorter wait?), initial greeting by server, or was it a bus boy?, beverage order and wait for food. Couldn't even get a full glass of water poured or full carafe brought to the table while we waited for service. It was all very disappointing and I feel completely led astray by the ratings and reviews. I truly can not believe we waited 1 1/2 hrs just to be seated so we could eat pizza. Oh, but wait! It's pizza on 130 year old sourdough yeast?! Whatever. The pizza was alright, but the entire experience certainly didn't improve the taste of the pizza. Tourist trap? Maybe. Trendy? Because it's located in downtown Chandler? And then there's the parking scenario. If you're staying at the San Marcos or the other hotel downtown, walking here will be quicker than trying to find a parking spot. Carpool would be my other suggestion because parking really is a premium. And I want to add, the hostess never came to let us know a table was ready. We were only offered a table when my son went in to check the status. Only then did he get asked if we would be open to outdoor seating. Maybe Brunch has something more to offer. IDK. But I'm certainly not inclined to recommend or dine here again.

There are so many breweries and pubs around here that there's pretty tough competition. As other reviewers have stated, their duck fat fries are great! So crispy and the herbs really elevate it. They can be a little heavy handed with the salt to the point where you may see salt piles on your fries, but at least the salt granules are larger and can be easily swept off. Although their fries are great on their own, they unfortunately struggle to strand up when loaded. I'm not sure how they do it, but we've been to places where fries can remain crispy even when loaded with toppings. Their poutine is still tasty though if you don't mind your fries soggy. Their burgers have great beefy flavor, but after trying a few of their burger options, my partner and I also feel that some other places do their unique burger stylings a bit better. A lot of the toppings overwhelm rather than contribute to the overall burger. There's plenty of searing both indoors and out. You have bar top, high table, and regular table style seating for indoors. There's plenty of 4 person tables outdoors under shade and also with misters on if it's hot out. Indoor seating offers plenty of viewing for sports. Service is also pleasant. Due to how they source their ingredients, the overall menu is on the pricier side. Although my partner and I prefer other breweries more, we do think it's still worth it to try visiting Arizona Wilderness Brewing at least once.
