I've noticed that when you go into the joint, your food looks more like the advertisement vs going thru the drive thru. My meal had a nice amount of fries, the fingers weren't nuggets this time, and my drink had just enough ice in it. Why couldn't meals be like this allllll of the time?! Our only complaint is that, the toast is soggy and could be toasted longer to pervent soggy ... it's been like this for a while now at this location. Great job guys! These awesome humans deserve 7 Months off with pay and an all expense paid vacation to Jamaica.... they all have a vibe! Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue with my recent orders from your restaurant. This is now the fourth consecutive time that my order--whether picked up or delivered--has been missing items, specifically burgers. - First Two Incidents: I chose not to escalate the issue, absorbing the cost myself. - Third Incident: I visited the 3893 S Arizona Ave, Chandler, Az Wendy's in person, explained the recurring problem, and the staff corrected the order. They apologized and assured me they would improve order accuracy. - Tonight's Incident (Fourth Time): My order was missing $10 worth of burgers, leaving me with only a third of the meal I paid for to feed my family. This persistent negligence is unacceptable. I am no longer willing to drive back to the restaurant to rectify these errors, as it is inconvenient for both me and my wife. read more

just a bunch of convicts that can't get hired anywhere else have no sense of customer service etiquettes on any shape or form. They gives nothing but attitude to you as soon as you pull up to order and going forward . Check your bag before driving off- they mess up every order or don't give you sauce you asked for and don't listen at all. When you do ask for sauce, after checking, they want to hand you one sauce cup when you clearly have three bags - they scoff and give you attitude. The employee I spoke with about my issue (may have been a manager) was very rude, said it was too late to correct the problem. Then I tried to fill out an online feedback form. That process uses a poorly designed app that requires a huge amount of information. When I was finished and pressed "submit", I got an error message saying something was wrong with the server Tried the whole tedious process again and the same thing happened. To make things even worse, I tried to submit a complaint through the corporate web site, but it required a store number, which is impossible to find unless you save your receipt (and I hadn't). As a last ditch effort to provide what I thought would be valuable feedback about a rude employee, I called the number shown on the web site. After listening to 30 minutes of loud music, I simply gave up. I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be able to enjoy the food Five Guys offers, but at this point, I am so frustrated and angry about the obstacles to providing feedback that I've encountered, I don't ever intend to eat there again.
