We are fortunate to live by a Chick-fil-A that is a quality, dependable place to visit. I'm very surprised by the bad reviews for this location. Robert Ervin is the proprietor here and he sends out a weekly email describing all of the amazing things this location is doing for the community. It usually involves things like a Family Night with arts/crafts, cookie decorating and a visit from the cow. Or an offer for high school kids to get a freebie if they show their i.d. Sometimes you can get Chick-fil-A swag like stickers or straw toppers. Mr. Ervin just strives to welcome people in with activities and free items. I strongly suggest you get the app. Mobile Thru is great when you order ahead and then get in the special line to the right. (The other long line to the left is filled with the poor people who didn't know better as you breeze on past.) You also earn points on the app you can redeem for free food. I've found that when I open the app sometimes there are randomly free items dropped in there. Good things like free chicken sandwiches, breakfast biscuits etc. My college- aged son in Colorado gets so mad about this because his Chick-fil-A never gives him anything! My first time eating at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe, no pickles. I looked on the inside to be sure there were no pickles. There were none. My first bite, I immediately tasted pickles. It is apparent that they put pickles on it before I ordered it and just took the pickles off. Newsflash, I can taste the pickle juice. We came to this Chick-fil-A location for their Moo's Year Celebration for their daytime 12-2PM New Year's Eve event. This was perfect because my kiddo could celebrate at a place that he already enjoys! They had a large assortment of party hats, necklaces, and noise blowers. They also had a complimentary tray of chocolate chip cookies, and brownies, sliced bite-size for the kiddos. The Chick-fil-A cow mascot came around the whole restaurant to say hi and they passed out gift cards for free Chick-fil-A bites or chicken biscuits. There was a craft where you can make a fun little NYE sparkler toy. And at 1:26PM, there was a balloon drop and for those that caught a gold balloon, they gave out red Chick-fil-A thermos cups. My kiddo and I had a great time, especially since it was a little rainy that day and we also ordered some fries, nuggets, salad, and drink. I have had an awful experience and tried being calm about it and trying to let them handle it but they won't. I received hair on my chicken strips and crusty old Mac n cheese. I reached out to the CARE team as this is concerning Mac n cheese being so old it's crusted over and was mixed in to make it look newer and hair on food is unacceptable. They created a case said someone would reach out no one ever did. If someone reported hair on my food id call back next day but clearly a week later they don't care despite their name. We got home and had to throw away the food as it was just nasty. Couldn't separate the crusty old top from the Mac and I'm not eating hair on my strips. Ordered 1 Cobb salad with no tomato and corn. I got home and noticed they gave us two salads. Not the end the world but they did charge us for it. Opened up the correct salad to mix in ranch. as soon as I put in ranch in I noticed a huge glob of hair thoroughly mixed in the salad. Disgusting. Went back to complain and they at first only offered to refund 1 salad. Luckily my boyfriend didn't play ball and demanded a full refund which we got. Been here over a dozen times and it was always just ok. Usually get the orders right and the typical high school/college kids just doing the bare minimum. Not the typical standards you'd receive from a Chick-fil-A but it'll do. Went today and there was a huge jam at the drive thru. I was trying to scan my breakfast order and was there 10 minutes before ending. The two goofballs taking drive thru orders kept joking around with each other instead of taking orders and I was not able to scan my order in time - app said to speak to someone. I got to the front at 10:45, not sure why it took over 20 minutes to get thru the line for a drive thru mobile order, and they said breakfast was over and they could take my lunch order. I was thinking it was the typical Chick-fil-A service where they would just sub my order, but they tried charging almost $20 for 2 entrees and fries. After a 15-20 minute wait for people to get their orders, other locations would always give vouchers for future free items and maybe something that day for the wait. Never going back here. I'll go to Canes across the street. Smashburger has better chicken sandwiches anyway. read more

My wife and I go there all the time and get the Cobb salads. He substitute cheddar cheese for blue cheese. Never have been charged extra for substituting. The owner must be really cheap. They charged us $.60 a salad to sub and as I talk to the manager, she informed me they also charge for tomatoes, extra tomatoes, and things like that. Nickel and diamond. You never get a bad piece of chicken from Chick fil A. We came in for lunch while getting the tires rotated Nextdoor on my boyfriends truck we ordered a chicken sandwich combo, three piece chicken strips and some mac and cheese. I'm not one for eating chicken sandwiches or just chicken period I am sorry that I didn't order the spicy chicken sandwich for my self because it was crazy good especially with it having cheese on it. The Mac and cheese was also very good it was full of gooey cheese but you have to eat it while it's hot once it starts to cool off it's not that good all in all our experience here at this location was very good I can see now why the drive thru line here is always super long. There's lots of different sauces to choose from and hopefully they could consider maybe a nice few dessert options like Dutch Apple pie. read more

I entirely forgot this new location opened just a short while ago, and I am SO glad! It's been a minute since I've indulged in my favorite 'fast food' joint- I miss the convenience of working right next to one. So, thank goodness for this new location nearby work AND home, plus the luxury of DoorDash delivery (which this location was a freebie for delivery this evening). How can one complain about Chick-Fil-A being delivered?! As you would expect with this fabulous chain of integrity- the food was GOOD! Delivered exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. Conveniently & comfortably in one bag, to save waste & also ensuring the heat was kept throughout. Loved their cute bag seal! I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with American cheese & mayo. And totally appreciated the mayo on the side so the bun didn't sog. Medium fries were perfect & not overly salted. Side of Mac & cheese came with some of the crisped cheese topper- the best part! And you cannot beat their chocolate chunk cookie- it's nearly a meal in itself & the PERFECT cookie. Crisp around the edge but soft & chewy center. Bonus on their part: I selected a side of Chick-Fil-A sauce for the fries & sandwich, but they generously provided a couple more, and that is a rarity when it comes to sauces. I'm a happy camper! I'm now eager to visit the location in person once things are safe to do so. And the experience with delivery was flawless, so I'll opt for this again in the future, I'm sure.
