I've had bad experiences with sandwich bowls from other places but my #9 bowl with pepperoni and extra cheese was actually excellent. They chop things super well so you're not having to cut everything to get mixed bites, and it's well sauced without being too much. They also threw in some hot pepper relish on the side on request. NEVER ORDER ONLINE HERE IT IS ALWAYS A DISASTER READ A FEW OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT IT SAYING 15 MINUTES I WOULDNT HAVE CARED ABOUT 15 I WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF ITS RIDICULOUS. We ordered online I forgot what time my wife ordered it and they said it would be picked up at 12:13 pm. I walked in everyone was waiting on mobile orders I waited 20 mins till 12:33 then had to take the newborn and wife home came back at 1pm it still wasn't ready your better off going to a different location or company they don't work on the mobile orders in advance at all they're were 6 mobile orders just sitting there and 10 people waiting to pick up. It's kinda crazy me and my wife only ordered two subs couldn't even get them in the span of an hour and a half waiting to submit because I actually wanna time how long it took to get these sandwiches. At a certain point when do you hold up the line of people ordering for the mobile orders line. The staff were nice but lunch is either a disaster every-time or someone ordered a 100 sandwiches. This location is by far the best! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and ordering is quick and accurate. They always get the sandwiches right with everything fresh and just the way I asked. This location is the best in my eyes. The food was great, the staff, Alexis and Ella were very pleasant to talk to, As well as the GM!! I ordered a #26 (My personal Fav), The meat was cooked and the bread was fresh! I enjoyed every ounce of my time here (Even though I came in at close!) Service is poor. I witnessed a women with long blonde hair be rude to multiple customers. The first one she yelled across the counter to a guy who had not to waited to put toppings on his sandwich and sat down. I noticed that there was an elderly couple that was confused about a certain coupon they found; for they printed out the entire page worth of it. The workers truly made the situation right by honoring the discount albeit the customers weren't scheming or anything. The service my partner and I got was definitely nothing more or less than the people in front of the line. Space was neat and tidy, and for the first time trying Jersey Mike's in a long time, I'm impressed! The food is really good! I love Jersey Mike's subs. I go here occasionally and the food is the best sub sandwich of all the chains. As a national chain, Mike's has kept the work of sandwich making as a personal, skilful art. The experience is always good, especially if you ear the sandwich in shop, enjoying the fresh meal as soon as it is made. The menu is an extensive list of different sandwiches catering to both hot and cold sub lovers. The classic club #8 and #9 hit the spot for the multilayered tradition sub, while the chicken bacon ranch melt hits a home run with the hot sub lovers. The other thing I love about Mike's is the size options, where you can get a mini, regular or absolutely monstrously giant sub sandwich. But the coup de grâce is the customization called "Mike's way", which means you are getting it made the tastiest way possible. If you haven't tried it Mike's way, you should definitely get it next time you visit. Also, the giant sub is so large, it can easily be shared by two people. The staff is often inviting and helpful, and will customize your sandwich as needed. Today's visit was good, although sometimes I get a bit of pushback when I ask for my sandwich meats heated, which they often do. But sometimes employees seem to get upset when I ask for them to grill the meats on my otherwise cold sub. That said, other than that I always end up with a great sandwich at a decent price. The people that work there, do not change their gloves enough. They have the same gloves on for over 10 minutes. They touch everything with the same gloves on such as knife handles metal trays, work the register and go back to cutting meat for your sandwich. They touch your veggies with the same dirty gloves. Sandwiches are always good but you can tell the Blondie female working the night shift on March 2 that the store closes at 10 so if I pull up at 9:22 ordering a sandwich she doesn't have to be a dick. I was just trying to create conversation while she was making the sandwich, and I felt like I was a burden on her whole entire life. Nothing but attitude came out of her mouth. I wanted to thank this specific location for their amazing service! I had an early morning appointment to take my car in to be serviced. That 1.5 hour estimate turned into 3 hours. Well as they were driving my car to me an error message popped up and they said it would be another hour. I literally cried cuz I'm pregnant, emotional, and starving. Ridiculous. I went in to just get sides of everything and they charged me almost $12!!!! For sides lol. I didn't order a bowl, I ordered 4 slices of meat, avocado and 2 tomato's. lol $12!! But when you order the sides/extras to your meal you can add it for $1 and some change and they looked at me like I was crazy when I questioned it. First let me say I Love Jersey Mike's, however this location is probably one of the worst I've been to. The older gentleman working today was so rude and unprofessional.
